usaki buddhi sam to rahati hai, par samata ka yah arth nahian hai ki gay ka chara manushhy ko aur manushhy ka bhojan gay ko khila de; tatha bhagavanh ne gita[1] mean bhi kaha hai ki jo ‘datavhy’ samajhakar sattvik dan karana ho, vah bhi ‘’deshe kale ch patre ch’’ arthath desh, kal aur patrata ka vichar kar dena chahiye. sadhu purushoan ki samhyabuddhi ke varnan mean jnaneshhvar maharaj ne unhhean prithhvi ki upama di hai. isi prithhvi ka doosara nam ‘sarvasaha’ hai; kinhtu yah ‘sarvasaha’ bhi yadi ise koee lat mare, to maranevale ke pair ke tale mean utane hi zor ka dhakhka de kar apani samata-buddhi vhyakht kar deti hai! isase bhali-bhaanti samajha ja sakata hai ki man mean vair n rahanean par bhi ( arthath nirvair ) pratikar kaise kiya jata hai. karmavipak-prakriya mean kah aye haian ki isi karan se bhagavanh bhi ‘’ye yatha maan prapadyanate tashtathaiv bhajamhyahamh’’[2]-jo mujhe jaise bhajate haian, unhhean mean vaise hi phal deta hooan-is prakar vhyavahar to karate haian paranhtu phir bhi ‘’vaishamhy-naighrinay’’ doshoan se alipht rahate haianan. isi prakar vhyavahar athava kanoon-ka़yade mean bhi khooni adami ko phaansi ki saza denevale nhyayadhish ko koee usaka dushhman nahian kahata. adhhyathmashashtr ka siddhanht hai ki jab buddhi nishhkam hokar samhyavashtha mean pahuanch jave, tab vah manushhy apani ichhchha se kisi ka bhi nukasan nahian karata, usase yadi kisi ka nukasan ho hi jay to samajhana chahiye ki vah usi ke karm ka phal hai, isamean sthiprajn ka koee dosh nahian; athava nishhkam buddhivala sthitaprajn aise samay par jo kam karata hai-phir dekhane mean vah matrivadh ya guruvadh sarikha kitana hi bhanyakar khyoan n ho-usake shubh ashubh phal ka banhdhan athava lep usako nahian lagata[3]. phaujadari qanoon mean athmasanraksha ke jo niyam haian, ve isi tathv par rache gaye haian. kahate haian ki jab logoan ne manu se raja hone ki prarthana ki, tab unhhian ne pahale yah uthtar diya ki ‘’ anachar se chalanevaloan ka shasan karane ke liye, rajhy ko shvikar karake maian pap mean nahian p dana chahata.‘’ paranhtu jab logoan ne yah vachan diya ki, ‘’tamabruvanh praja: ma bhi: kartrineno gamishhyati ‘’[4]- dariye nahian, jisaka pap usi ko lagega, apako to raksha karane ka punhy hi milega; aur pratijna ki ki, ‘’praja ki raksha karane mean jo kharch lagega. use ham log ‘kar’ de kar poora kareange,‘’ tab manu ne pratham raja hona shvikar kiya. |
