kisi ek adh purush ke, is poorn avashtha mean pahuanchane ya n pahuanchane ke samhbanhdh mean shanka ho sakegi. paranhtu kisi bhi riti se jab ek bar nishhchay ho jay ki koee purush is poorn avashtha mean pahuanch gaya hai, tab usake pap-punhy ke samhbanhdh mean, adhhyathmashashtr ke ullikhit siddhanht ko chho d aur koee kalhpana hi nahian ki ja sakati. kuchh pashchimi rajadharmashastriyoan ke matanusar jis prakar ek shvatanhtr purush mean ya purushasamooh mean rajasatta adhishthit rahati hai, aur rajaniyamoan se praja ke bandhe rahane par bhi vah raja un niyamoan se achhoota rahata hai, thik usi prakar niti ke rajhy mean sthitaprajn purushoan ka adhikar rahata hai. unake man mean koee bhi kamhy buddhi nahian rahati, at: keval shashtr se prapht hue karthtavhyoan ko chho d aur kisi bhi hetu se karm karane ke liye ve pravritht nahian hua karate; atev athyanht nirmal aur shuddh vasanavale in purushoan ke vhyavahar ko pap ya punhy, niti ya aniti shabhd kadapi lagoo nahian hote; ve to pap aur punhy se bahut door age pahuanch jate haian. shrishakanrachary ne kaha hai- nishtraigunhye pathi vicharata ko vidhi: ko nishedh:. ‘’jo purush trigunatit ho gaye, unako vidhi-nishedharoopi niyam baandh nahian sakate‘’ aur bauddh granhthakaroan ne bhi likha hai ki ‘’jis prakar uthtam hire ko ghisana nahian p data, usi prakar jo nirvan pad ka adhikari ho gaya, usake karm ko vidhi niyamoan ka a danga lagana nahian p data‘’[1]. kaushitaki upanishad[2] mean, inhdr ne pratardan se jo yah kaha hai ki athmajnani purush ko “matrihatya, pitrihatya aur bhroonahatya adi pap nahian lagate” athava gita[3] mean, jo yah varnan hai ki aanhakar buddhi se sarvatha vimukht purush yadi logoan ko mar bhi dale to bhi vah pap-punhy se sarvada belag hi rahata hai, usaka tathpary bhi yahi hai[4]. ‘dhamhmapad’ namak bauddh granhth mean isi tathv ka anuvad kiya gaya hai ( dekho dhamhmapad, shhlok 294 aur 295 )[5]. nee baibal mean eesa ke shishhy pal ne jo yah kaha hai ki ‘’mujhe sabhi batean ( ek hi si ) dharmhy haian’’[6] usaka ashay ya jan ke is vakhy ka ashay bhi ki ‘’jo bhagavan ke putr (poorn bhakht ) ho gaye, unake hath se pap kabhi nahian ho sakata ‘’[7] hamare mat mean aisa hi hai. jo shuddh buddhi ko pradhanata n dekar keval oopari karmoan se hi nitimathta ka nirnay karana sikhe hue haian, unhhean yah siddhanht adbhut sa maloom hota hai; aur vidhi niyam se pare ka manamana bhala bura karane vala’’–aisa apane hi man ka kutark-poorn arth karake kuchh log ullikhit siddhanht ka is prakar viparyas karate haian ki ‘’sthiprajn ko sabhi bure karm karane ki shvatanhtrata hai’’. par anhdhe ko khamhbha ne dekh p de to jise prakar khamhbha doshi nahian hai. |

mataran pitaran hanhthva rajano dve ch khattiye.
raththan sanucharan hanhthva anigho yati brahmano..
mataran pitaran hanhthva rajanoan dve ch sotthiye.
veyyaghghapanchaman hanhthva anigho yati brahmano..pragat hai ki dhamhmapad mean yah kalhpana kaushitaki upanishad se li gee hai. kinhtu bauddh granhthakar prathyaksh matrivadh ya pitrivadh arth n karake ‘mata’ ka trishhna aur ‘pita’ ka abhiman arth karate haian. lekin hamare mat mean is shhlok ka nititattv bauddh granhthakaroan ko bhali-bhaanti jnat nahian ho paya, isi se unahoanne yah aupacharik arth lagaya hai. kaushitaki upanishad mean ‘’matribadhen pitribadhen ‘’ manhtr ke pahale inhdr ne kaha hai ki ‘’yadyapi maianne vritr arthath brahman ka vadh kiya hai to bhi mujhe usaka pap nahian lagata; ‘’ isase shpashht hota hai, ki yahaan par prathyaksh vadh hi vivakshit hai. dhamhmapad ke aangreji anuvad mean ( S. B. E. V0l. X. pp. 70, 71) mekhsamoolar sahab ne in shhlokoan ki jo tika ki hai, hamare mat mean vah bhi thik nahian hai.
