jisake man mean sarvabhootanh‍targat brahmath‍maikh‍yaroopi samh‍y pratibimbit ho gaya hai, vah (devayan marg ki apeksha n rakh) yahian ka yahian janh‍m-maran ko jit leta hai athava “bhootaprithagh‍mavamekash‍thamanushh‍yati”–jisaki jnanadrishti mean samash‍t praniyoan ki bhinh‍nata ka nash ho chuka aur jise ve sab ekash‍th arthat parameshravar sh‍varoop dikhane lagate haian, vah “brahm samh‍padhate”–brahm mean mil jata hai[1]. gita ka jo vachan oopar diya gaya hai ki “devayan aur pitriyan margoan ko tath‍vat: janane vala“ pad ka arth ”parama‍vadhi ke brahmash‍varoop ko pahachanane vala” hi vivakshit hai[2]. yahi poorna brahmabhoot ya parama‍vadhi ki brahmi sthiti hai; aur shrimachh‍chhankarachary ne apane shararik bhashh‍y[3] mean pratipadan kiya hai, ki yahi adhh‍yath‍majnan ki ath‍yanh‍t poornavash‍tha ya parakashh‍tha hai. yadi kaha jaye ki aisi sthiti praph‍t hone ke liye manushh‍y ko ek prakar se parameshh‍var hi ho jana p data hai, to koee atishayokti n hogi. phir kahane ki avashh‍yakata nahian ki is riti se jo purush brahmabhoot ho jate haian, ve karm-pooshti ke sab vivi-nishedhoan ki avash‍tha se bhi pare rahate haian; kh‍yoanki unaka brahmajnan sadaiv jagrit rahata hai, isaliye jo kuchh ve kiya karate haian vah hamesha shuddh aur nishh‍kam buddhi se hi prerit ho kar pap-punh‍y se aliph‍t rahata hai.

is sthiti ki prapti ho jane par brahm-prapti ke liye kisi anh‍y sh‍than mean jane ki athava deh-pat hone ki arthat marane ki bhi koee avashh‍yakata nahian rahati, isaliye aise sthitaprad brahmanishh‍th purush ko “jivanamukh‍t” kahate haian[4]. yadyapi bauddh-dharm ke log brahm ya ath‍ma ko nahian manate, tathapi unh‍hean yah bat poornataya manh‍y hai ki manushh‍y ka param sadhh‍y jivanamukh‍t ki yah nishh‍kam avash‍tha hi hai; aur isi tath‍v ka sangrah unh‍hoanne kuchh shabh‍d-bhed se apane dharm mean kiya hai (parishishh‍t prakaran dekho). kuchh logoan ka kathan hai ki parakashh‍tha ke nishh‍kamath‍v ki is avash‍tha mean aur saansarik karmoan mean sh‍vabhavik parash‍par-virodh hai, isaliye jise yah avash‍tha praph‍t hoti hai usake sab karm ap hi ap chhoot jate haian aur vah sannh‍yasi ho jata hai. paranh‍tu gita ko yah mat manh‍y nahian hai; usaka yahi siddhanh‍t hai ki sh‍vany parameshh‍var jis prakar karm karata hai usi prakar jivanamukh‍t ke liye bhi nishh‍kam buddhi se lok-sangrah ke nimit mrith‍yu paryanh‍t sab vh‍yavaharoan ko karate rahana hi adhik shreyash‍kar hai, kh‍yoanki nishh‍kamath‍v aur karm mean koee virodh nahian hai. yah bat agale prakaran ke niroopan se sh‍pashh‍t ho jayagi. gita ka yah tath‍v yogavasishh‍th[5] mean bhi sh‍vikrit kiya gaya hai.
