dharmashash‍troan mean kaha gaya hai ki pahale to sab nishddhi karmoan ko th‍yag karana hi asanbhav hai; aur yadi ekadh nishiddh karm ho jay to keval naimittik prayashchit se usake sab doshoan ka nash bhi nahian hota. achh‍chha yadi yah man lean ki ukh‍t bat samh‍bhav hai, to bhi mimaansakoan ke is kathan mean hi kuchh sath‍yaansh nahian dekh p data, ki ‘prarabh‍dh’ karmoan ko bhogane se tatha is janh‍m mean kiye janevale karmoan ko ukh‍t yukh‍ti ke anusar karane ya n karane sab ‘ sanchit ‘ karmoan ka sangrah samaph‍t ho jata hai, kh‍yoanki do ‘ sanchit ‘ karmoan ke phal parash‍par-virodhi– udaharanarth, ek ka phal sh‍vargasukh tatha doosare ko narak yatana–ho, to unh‍hean ek hi samay mean aur ek hi sh‍thal mean bhogana asanbhav hai; isaliye isi janh‍m mean prarabh‍dh hue karmoan se tatha isi janh‍m mean kiye jane vale karmoan se sab ‘sanchit’ karmoan ke phaloan ka bhogana poora nahian ho sakata. mahabharat mean, parasharagita mean kaha gaya hai:-

kadachith‍sukritan tat kootash‍thamiv tishh‍thati .
majh‍jamanash‍y sansare yavaddu:khaddhimuchh‍yate ..

‘’kabhi kabhi manushh‍y ke saansarik du:khoan se chhootane tak, usaka poorvakal mean kiya gaya puny ( use apana phal dekhane ki rah dekhata hua ) bat johata rahata hai ‘’[1] aur yahi nh‍yay sanchit papakarmoan ko bhi lagoo hai. is prakar se sanchit karmoan ka prayog ek hi janh‍m mean nahian chuk jata; kinh‍tu sanchit karmoan ka ek bhag arthat anarabh‍dh kary hamesha bacha hi rahata hai; aur is janh‍m mean sab karmoan ko yadi ukh‍t yukti se karate rahean to bhi bache hue anarabh‍dh kary–sanchit ko bhogane ke liye pun: janh‍m lena hi p data hai. isi liye vedanh‍t ka siddhaant hai ki mimaansakoan ki uparyukh‍t saral moksh-yukti khoti tatha bhrantimoolak hai. karm-bandhan se chhootane ka yah marg kisi bhi upanishad mean nahian batalaya gaya hai. yah keval tark ke adhar se sh‍thapit kiya gaya hai; paranh‍tu yah tark bhi anh‍t tak nahian tikata. saraansh, karm ke dvara karm se chhutakara pane ki asha rakhana vaisa hi vh‍yarth hai, jaise ek anh‍dha, doosare anh‍dhe ko rash‍ta dikhala kar par kar de. achh‍chha, ab yadi mimaansakoan ki is yukti ko manjoor n karean aur karm ke bandhanoan se chhutakara pane ke liye sab karmoan ko agrahapoorvak chho d kar nirudyogi ban baithean to bhi kam nahi chal sakata; kh‍yoanki anarabh‍dh-karmoan ke phaloan ko bhogana to baki rahata hai, aur isake sath karm chho dane ka agrah tatha chupachap baithe rahana tamas karm ho jata hai; evan in tamas karmoan ke phaloan ko bhogane ke liye phir bhi janh‍m lena hi p data hai[2].
