parantu brahm is prakar ajney aur nirgun atev indriyatit ho, to bhi yah pratiti ho sakati hai ki parabrahm ka bhi vahi sh‍varoop hai, jo ki hamare nirgun tatha anirvachy atma ka hai aur jise ham sakshatkar se pahachanate haian; isaka karan yah hai ki pratyek manushy ko apane atma ki sakshath pratiti hoti hi hai. atev ab yah siddhant nirarthak nahian ho sakata ki brahm aur atma ek-svaroopi hai. is drishti se dekhean to brahm-svaroop ke vishay mean isaki apeksha kuchh adhik nahian kaha ja sakata ki brahm atm-svaroopi hai; shesh batoan ke sambandh mean apane anubhav ko hi poora praman manana p data hai. kintu buddhigamy shastriy pratipadan mean jitana shabdoan se ho sakata hai, utana khulasa kar dena avashyak hai. isiliye yadyapi brahm sarvatr ek sa vyapt, ajney aur anivary hai; to bhi j d srishti ka aur atmasvaroopi brahmatattv ka bhed vyakt karane ke liye, atma ke sannidhy se j d prakriti mean chaitanyaroopi jo gun hamean driggochar hota hai, usi ko atma ka pradhan lakshan man kar adhyatmashastr mean atma aur brahm donoan ko chidroopi ya chaitanyaroopi kahate haian.

kyoanki yadi aisa n karean to atma aur brahm donoan hi nirgun, niranjan evan anirvachh‍y hone ke karan unake roop ka varnan karane mean ya to chuppi sadh jana p data hai, ya shabdoan mean kisi ne kuchh varnan kiya to ‘‘nahian nahian” ka yah mantr ratana p data hai ki ‘‘neti neti etasmadanyatparamasti” -yah nahian hai, yah (brahm) nahian hai, (yah to nam-roop ho gaya), sachcha brahm isase pare or hi hai; is nakaratmak path ka avartan karane ke atirikt aur doosara marg hi nahian rah jata[1].yahi karan hai jo samany riti se brahm ke svaroop ke lakshan chith (jnan), satri (sattamatratv athava astitv) aur anand batalaye jate haian. isamean koee sandeh nahian ki ye lakshan any sabhi lakshanoan ki apeksha shreshth haian. phir bhi smaran rahe ki shabdoan se brahmasvaroop ki jitani pahachan ho sakati hai, utani hi kara dene k liye ye lakshan bhi kahe gaye haian; vastavik brahmasvaroop nirgun hi hai, usaka jnan hone ke liye usaka aparokshanubhav hi hona chahiye. yah anubhav kaise ho sakata hai? indriyatit hone karan anirvay brahm ke svaroop ka anubhav brahmanishth purush ko kab aur kaise hota hai-is vishay mean hamare shastrakaroan ne jo vivechan kiya hai, use yahaan sankshep mean batalate haian. brahm aur atma ki ekata ke ukt samikaran ka saral bhasha mean is prakar vyakt kar sakate haian ki ‘jo pind mean hai, vahi brahmand mean hai’.
