saankhyoan ne to is jhagadean se bachane ke liye yah dvait kalpit kar liya hai, ki nirgun aur nityapurush ke sath hi trigunatmak yani sagun prakriti bhi nity aur svatantr hai. parantu jagath ke mool-tattv ko dhooandh nikalane ki manushh‍y ki jo svabhavik pravriti hai, usaka samadhan is dvait se nahian hota; itana hi nahian, kintu yah dvait yuktivad ke bhi samane thahar nahian pata. isaliye prakriti aur purush ke bhi pare ja kar upanishatkaroan ne yah siddhant sthapit kiya hai ki sachchidanand brahm se bhi shreshth shreni ka ‘nigun’ brahm hi jagat ka mool hai. parantu ab isaki upapatti janana chahiye ki nigurn se sagun kaise hua, kyoanki saankhy ke saman vedant ka bhi yah siddhant hai ki jo vastu nahian hai, vah rahati hi nahian usase ‘jo vastu hai’ usaki kabhi uth‍patti nahian ho sakati. is siddhanh‍t ke anusar nigurn [1] us brahm se sagun srishti ke padarth [2]utpann ho nahian sakate. phir sagun aya kahaan se? yadi kahaian ki sagun kuchh nahian hai to, vah prath‍yaksh drishtigochar hai. aur yadi nigurn ke saman sagun ko bhi saty manean, to ham dekhate haian ki indriy-gochar hone vale shabd sparsh, roop, ras, adi sab gunoan ke svaroop aj ek haian to kal doosare hi- arthat ve nity parivartanashil hone ke karan nashavan, vikari aur ashashvat haian, tab to [3] yahi kahana hoga ki aisa sagun parameshvar bhi parivartanashil evan nashavanh hai.

parantu jo, vibhajy aur nashavanh ho kar srishti ke niyamoan ki pak d mean nity paratantr rahata hai, use parameshvar hi kaise kahaian? saraansh, chahe yah mano ki indriy-gochar sare sagun padarth panchamahabhootoan se nirmit hue haian athava saankhyanusar ya adhibhautik drishti se yah anuman kar lo ki sare padarthoan ka nirman ek hi avyakt sagun mool prakriti se hua hai; kisi bhi paksh ka svikar karo, yah bat nirvivad siddh hai ki jab tak nashavanh gun is mool prakriti se bhi chhoot nahian gaye haian, tab tak panchamahabhootoan ko ya prakritiroop is sagun mool padarth ko jagath ka avinashi svatantr aur amrit tattv nahian kah sakate. atev jise prakriti-vad ka svikar karana hai use uchit hai ki vah ya to yah kahana chho d de ki parameshvar nity, svatantr aur amritaroop hai; ya is bat ki khoj kare ki panchamahabhootoan ke pare athava sagun mool prakriti ke bhi pare aur kaun sa tattv hai. isake siva any koee marg nahian hai. jis prakar mrigajal se pyas nahian bujhati ya baloo se tel nahian nikalata, usi prakar pratyaksh nashavanh vastu se amritattv ki prapti ki asha karana bhi vyarth hai; aur isiliye yajnavalky ne apani stri maitreyi ko spasht upadesh kiya hai ki chahe jitani sanpati kyoan nahian prapt ho jave, par usase amritattv ki asha karana vyarth hai- ‘‘amritattvasy tu nashasti vitten’’[4].
