jin b de b de mahatmaoan aur rrishiyoan ne ekagr man karake sookshm tatha shant vicharoan se yah siddhant dhooandh nikala, ki ‘‘yato vacho nivartante aprapy manasa sah’’ [1]- man ko bhi jo durgam hai aur vani bhi jisaka varnan nahian kar sakati, vahi antim brahmash‍varoop hai, unake atmanubhav ko atishayokti kaise kahaian! keval ek sadharan manushy apane kshudr man mean yadi ananh‍t nirgun brahm ko grahan nahian kar sakata isaliye usaka yah kahana, ki sachcha brahm sagun hi hai, manoan soory ki apeksha apane chhote se dipak ko shreshth batalana hai! haan; yadi nirgun roop ki upapatti upanishadoan mean aur gita mean n di gee hoti, to bat hi doosari thi; parantu yatharth mean vaisa hai nahian. dekhiye n, bhagavadgita mean to spasht hi kaha hai ki parameshvar ka sachcha shreshth svaroop avyakt hai, aur vyakt srishti ka roop dharan karana to usaki maya hai [2]; parantu bhagavanh ne yah bhi kaha hai, ki prakriti ke gunoan se ‘moh mean phans kar moorkh log ( avyakt aur nirgun ) atma ko hi karta manate haian ‘[3], kintu eeshvar to kuchh nahian karata, log keval ajnan se phans jate haian[4]; arthath bhagavanh ne spasht shabdoan mean yah upadesh kiya hai, ki yadyapi avyakt atma ya parameshvar vastutah nirgun hai[5]to bhi log us par ‘moh’ ya ‘ajnan’ se kartritv adi gunoan ka adhyarop karate haian aur use avyakt sagun bana dete haian [6]. ukt vivechan se parameshvar ke sh‍varoop ke ‘vishay’ mean gita ke yahi siddhant maloom hote haian :-

1.gita mean parameshvar ke vyakt svaroop ka yadyapi bahut sa varnan hai tathapi parameshvar ka mool aur shreshth svaroop nirgun tatha avyakt hi hai aur manushy moh ya ajnan se use sagun manate haian;

2.saankhyoan ki prakriti ya usaka vyakt phailav-yani akhil sansar-us parameshvar ki maya hai; aur

3.saankhyoan ka purush yani jivatma yatharth mean parameshvar-roopi, parameshvar ke saman hi nirgun aur akarta hai, parantu ajnan ke karan log use karta manate haian.

vedantashastr ke siddhant bhi aise hi hai; parantu uttar-vedant-granthoan mean in siddhantoan ko batalate samay maya aur avidya mean kuchh bhed kiya jata hai. udaharanarth, panchadashi mean pahale yah batalaya gaya hai, ki atma aur parabrahm donoan mool mean ek hi yani brahmasvaroop haian, aur yah chitsvaroopi brahm jab maya mean pratibimbit hota hai tab sattv-raj-tam gunamayi (saankhyoan ki mool) prakriti ka nirman hota hai. parantu age chal kar is maya ke hi do bhed - ‘maya’ aur ‘avidya’- kiye gaye haian aur yah batalaya gaya hai, ki jab maya ke tin gunoan mean se ‘shuddh’ sattvagun ka utkarsh hota hai tab use keval maya kahate haian, aur is maya mean pratibimbit hone vale brahm ko sagun yani vyakt eeshvar ( hiranyagarbh ) kahate haian; aur yadi sattv gun ‘ashuddh’ ho to use ‘avidya’ kahatean haian, tatha us avidya mean pratibimbit brahm ko ‘jiv’ kahate haian [7].
