achchha; ab j d deh ko chho d kar chetana ko hi svami manean to yah apatti dekh p dati hai ki, gadh nidra mean pranadi vayu ke shvasochchhavas prabhriti vyapar athava roodhirabhisaran adi vyapar, arthath chetana, ke rahate hue bhi, ’maian’ ka jnan nahian rahata[1]. atev yah siddh hota hai ki chetana, athava pran prabhriti ka vyapar, bhi j d padarth mean utpann hone vala ek prakar ka vishisht gun hai ;vah indriyoan ke sab vyaparoan ki ekata karane vali mool shakti, ya svami, nahian haian [2]. ’mera’ aur ’tera’ in sanbandhakarak ke shabdoan se keval ahankararoopi gunoan ka bodh hota hai; parantu is bat ka nirnay nahi hota ki ’ahan’ arthath ’maian’ kaun hooan. yadi is ’mai’ ya ’ahan’ ko keval bhram man lean, to pratyek ki pratiti athava anubhav vaisa nahian hai; aur is anubhav ko chho d kar kisi any bat ki kalpana karana mano shrisamarth ramadas svami ke nimn vachanoan ki sarthakata hi kar dikhana hai- ’’pratiti ke bina koee bhi kathan achchha nahian lagata. vah kathan aisa hota hai jaise kutta muanh phaila kar ro gaya ho! ’’[3]. anubhav ke viparit is bat ko man lene par bhi indriyoan ke vyaparoan ki ekata ki upapatti ka kuchh bhi pata nahian lagata! kuchh logoan ki ray hai ki, ’maian’ koee bhinn padarth nahian hai; kiantu ’kshetr’ shabd mean jin-man, buddhi, chetana, j d deh adi-tattvoan ka samavesh kiya jata hai, un sab ke sanghat ya samuchchay ko hi ’maian’ kahana chahiye.

ab yah bat ham pratyaksh dekha karate haian ki, lak di par lak di rakh dene se hi sandook nahian ban jati, athava kisi gh di ke sab kil-purjo ko ek sthan mean rakh dene se hi usamean gati utpann nahian ho jati. atev, yah nahian kaha ja sakata ki keval sanghat ya samuchchay se hi kartavy utpann hota hai. kahane ki avashayakata, nahian ki, kshetr ke sab vyapar si di sarikhe nahian hote; kiantu unamean koee vishisht disha, uddesh ya hetu rahata hai. to phir kshetraroopi karakhane mean kam karane vale man, buddhi adi sab naukaroan ko is vishisht disha ya uddesh ki or kaun pravrit karata hai sanghat ka arth keval samooh hai. kuchh padartho ko ekatr karake unaka ek samooh ban jane par bhi vilag n hone ke liye unamean dhaga dalana p data hai; nahi to ve phir kabhi [4]n kabhi alag alag ho jayegean. ab hamean sochana chahiye, ki yah dhaga kaun sa hai? yah bat nahian hai ki gita ko sanghat many n ho; parantu usaki ganana kshetr hi mean ki jati hai [5]. sanghat se is bat ka nirnay nahian hota, ki kshetr ka svami arthath kshetrajn kaun hai.
