mera man chakkar kat raha hai, dimag bhi chakara raha hai aur asagun ho rahe haian. yahaan jo svajan haian, inako marane mean shrey nahian dekhata-

nimittani ch pashyami viparitani keshav.
n ch shreyoanupashyami hatva svajanamahave॥ [2]

are, asagun udhar ke lie ho rahe haian ki tumhare lie ho rahe haian? yah kaise tumako maloom p da ki asagun tumhare lie ho rahe haian? yah to bujhadil ka lakshan hai. asagun to shatru ke lie ho rahe haian aur tum unako apane lie samajh rahe ho!

yah to yuddhabhoomi hai aur yuddhabhoomi mean shatru ko marana yajniy pashu ke badh ke saman hai jisase svarg ki prapti hoti hai. ‘ahave’ mane havan kar rahe haian ye. jaise yajn pashu ka badh hota hai, thik vaise hi yuddh bhoomi mean shatroo ka badh hota hai aur vah punyajanak hota hai. parantu yahaan to mama, bhaee adi haian. arjun kahata hai ki inako marane mean mujhe shrey nahian dikhata-'n ch shreyoanupashyami'. yajnabhoomimean pashubadhavala yag bhi prey to deta hai, shrey nahian deta. usase svarg milata hai, parantu shrey kahaan milata hai?

dekho, yahaan ham vaidik paranpara ke anusar apako arth suna rahe haian. yuddh mean svajan ko marana dharm ke viparit nahian hai. yuddhabhoomi mean mara hua svajan bhi svarg mean jaega aur marane vala mar jaye to vah bhi svarg mean jaega. svarg to milega, parantu svarg prey hai, shrey nahian hai. isalie arjun ki bat sunakar bhagavanh ne kaha ki arjun, tum mere samane shrey-prey ka vivek karane lage ho. lagata hai ki tum mujhe ‘n ch shreyoanupashyami’ kahakar kathopanishadh ka yah mantr padha rahe ho-

are baba, yah jo dharm ka palan hai, vah yajnabhoomi mean pashuyag, yuddhabhoomi mean shatruoan ka badh aur krishi vanijy tatha kartavy-palan-kal mean ki doan-makau doan ka vadh havan karate samay bhi hota hai. isamean koee pap nahian hota. phir bhi arjun kahata hai ki hamako shrey nahian chahie. ‘n kankshaye vijayan krishn’ [4]- hamako vijay bhi nahian chahie, rajy bhi nahian chahie aur sukh bhi nahian chahie. ham rajy, bhog aur jivan lekar kya kareange? is prakar dharm-vivek ka uday ho gaya arjun ke man mean. lekin yah tattvavivek nahian hai. tattvavivek mean adhikar ka prashn hota hai. dharm-vivek mean adhikar ka prashn nahian hota ki vah shamadamadi sanpada se sanpann ho, tabhi dharm-vivekh kare. yadi dharm-vivek me samadhi-sanpann hoga to dharm ki jaroorat kahaan rahegi? shastr mean sarvatr adhikar-sanpada ki jaroorat nahian hoti.
