somaprabhat sthitaprajn ke lakshan sunakar arjun ko aisa laga ki manushhy ko shaant hokar baith rahana chahie. usake lakshanoan mean karm ka to nam tak bhi usane nahian suna. isalie bhagavan se poochha,ʻʻapake vachanoan se to lagata hai ki karm se jnan badhakar hai. isase meri buddhi bhramit ho rahi hai. yadi jnan achhchha ho to phir mujhe ghor karm mean khyo utar rahe haian ? mujhe saph kahie ki mera bhala kisamean hai?" tab bhagavan ne uttar diya: ʻʻhe paparahit arjun ! aranbh se hi is jagat mean do marg chalate aye haian: ek mean jnan ki pradhanata hai aur doosare mean karm ki. par too shvayan dekh le ki karm ke bina manushhy akarmi nahian ho sakata, bina karm ke jnan ata hi nahian, sab chho dakar baith jane vala manushhy siddh purush nahian kahala sakata. too dekhata hai ki prathyek manushhy kuchh-n-kuchh to karata hi hai. usaka shvabhav hi usase kuchh karavega. jagat ka yah niyam hone par bhi jo manushhy hath-paanv dhile karake baitha rahata hai aur man mean tarah-tarah ke manasoobe karata rahata hai, use moorkh kaheange aur vah mithhyachari bhi gina jayaga. khya isase yah achhchha nahian hai ki iandriyoan ko vash mean rakhakar, rag-dvesh chho dakar, shor-gul ke bina asakti ke bina arthat anasakht bhav se, manushhy hath-paanvoan se kuchh karm kare, karmayog ka acharan kare? niyat karm - tere hishse mean aya hua seva-kary - too iandriyoan ko vash mean rakhakar karata rah. alasi ki bhaanti baithe rahane se yah kahian achhchha hai. alasi hokar baithe rahane vale ke sharir ka aant mean patan ho jata hai. par karm karate hue itana yad rakhana chahie ki yajn-kary ke siva sare karm logoan ko bandhan mean rakhate haian. yajn ke mani haian, apane lie nahian, balki doosare ke lie, paropakar ke lie, kiya hua shram arthat sankshep mean, ʻsevaʼ, aur jahaan seva ke nimitt hi seva ki jayagi, vahaan asakti, rag-dvesh nahian hoga. aisa yajn, aisi seva, too karata raha. brahma ne jagat upajane ke sath-hi-sath yajn bhi upajaya, mano hamare kan mean yah mantr phooanka ki prithvi par jao, ek-doosare ki seva karo aur phoolo-phalo, jivamatr ko devata roop jano, in devoan ki seva karake tum unhhean prasanhn rakho, ve tumhhean prasanhn rakheange. prasanhn hue dev tumhhean bina maange manovaanchhit phal deange. |
