yukhtaharaviharashy yukhtacheshhtashy karmasu. jo manushhy ahar-vihar mean, doosare karmoan mean, sone-jagane mean parimit rahata hai, usaka yog du:khabhanjan ho jata hai. yada viniyatan chittamatamanhyevabatishhthate. bhali-bhaanti niyamabaddh man jab athma mean sthir hota hai aur manushhy sari kamanaoan se nishprih ho baithata hai tab vah yogi kahalata hai. yatha dipo nidatashtho nedate sopama shmrita. atma ko paramathma ke sath jo dane ka prayathn karane vale sthir chitt yogi ki sthiti vayu-rahit shthan mean achal rahane vale dipak ki-si kahi gee hai. yatroparamate chitan niruddhan yogasevaya. yog ke sevan se aankush mean aya hua man jahaan shaanti pata hai, atma se hi atma ko pahachanakar athma mean jahaan manushhy santosh pata hai aur iandriyoan se pare aur buddhi se grahan karane yoghy anant sukh ka jahaan anubhav hota hai, jahaan rahakar manushhy mool-vashtu se chalayaman nahian hota aur jise pane par doosare kisi labh ko vah usase adhik nahian manata aur jisamean sthir hua mahadu:kh se bhi dagamagata nahian, us du:kh ke prasang se rahit sthiti ko namayog ki sthiti samajhana chahie. yah yog oobe bina dridhatapoorvak sadhan yogy hai. |
