80. sattvagun aur usaka upay

22. is sattvagun ke ahankar ko jita kaise jaye? isaka ek upay hai- satattvagun ko ham apane aandar sthir kar lean. sataty se usaka abhiman chala jata hai. sattvagun yukt karmo ko hi ham satat karate rahean. use apana svabhav hi bana lean. satattvagun hamare yahaan gh di bhar ke lie aya hua mehaman hi n rahe, balki vah ghar ka adami ban jaye. jo kriya kabhi-kabhi hamase hoti hai, usaka hamean abhiman hota hai. ham roj sote haian, parantu usako doosaroan se kahate nahian phirate. lekin kisi bimar ko pandrah din niand n ayi ho aur phir jara-si niand a jaye, to vah sabase kahata hai- ‘kal to bhaee tho di niand ayi.’ use vah bat mahattvapoorn maloom hoti hai. isase bhi achchha udaharan ham shvasochchhavas ki kriya ka le sakate haian. saans ham chaubisoan ghante lete haian, parantu har kisi se usaka jiqr nahian karate. koee yah diang nahian marata ki ‘maian ek saans lene vala mahan prani hooan.’ haridvar se ganga mean pheanka tinaka yadi bahata-bahata dedh hajar mil door kalakatta mean pahuanch jaye, to kya vah us par garv karega? vah to dhara ke sath sahaj roop se bahata chala aya. parantu yadi koee badh ki ulati dhara mean das-bis hath tair gaya, to vah kitani shekhi bagharega! saraansh yah ki jo bat svabhavik hoti hai, usaka hamean ahankar nahian hota.

23. koee ekadh achchha kam hamare hath se ho jata hai, to hamean usaka abhiman maloom hota hai. kyoan? isalie ki vah bat sahaj roop se nahian huee. munna ke hath se koee kam achchha ho jaye, to maan usaki pith par hath pherati hai. varana yoan to maan ki chh di se hi hamesha usaki pith ki bheant hoti hai. rat ke ghane aandhakar mean ekadh juganoo ho, to phir dekhie usaki aianth! vah ekabaragi apani sari chamak nahian dikhata. bich mean luk-luk karata hai, phir rukata hai, phir luk-luk karata hai. vah prakash ki aankhamichauni khelata hai. parantu usaka prakash yadi satat rahane lage, to phir usaki aianth nahian rahegi. sataty ke karan visheshata maloom nahian hoti. is tarah sattvagun yadi hamari kriyaoan mean satat prakat hone lage, to phir vah hamara svabhav ho jayega. sianh ko apane shaury ka abhiman nahian rahata, use usaka bhan bhi nahian rahata. isi tarah apani sattvik vritti ko itani sahaj ho jane do ki ham sattvik haian, isaki smriti bhi hamean n hone paye. prakash dena soory ki naisargik kriya hai. usaka soory ko koee abhiman nahian rahata. usake lie yadi koee soory ko manapatr dene jaye, to vah kahega- ‘isamean maianne vishesh kya kiya? maian prakash deta hooan, to adhik kya karata hooan? prakash dena hi mera jivan hai. prakash n dooan, to maian mar jaooanga. maian doosari koee chij janata hi nahian.’ aisi hi sthiti sattvik manushy ki ho jani chahie. sattvagun ka aisa svabhav hi ban jaye, to hamean usaka abhiman nahian hoga. sattvagun ko nistej karane ki, use jitane ki yah ek yukti huee.
