sh‍thool, sookshh‍m aur karan-sharir se bhinh‍n jivath‍ma ka aur paramath‍ma ka yog ke dvara sakshath‍kar karane ka prakar


vh‍yasaji kahate haian– beta! yogashash‍tr ke jnata shash‍trokh‍t karmoan ke dvara sh‍thool sharir se nikale hue sookshh‍m sh‍varoop jivath‍ma ko dekhate haian. jaise soory ki kiranean parash‍par mili huee hi sarvatr vicharati haian evan sthit huee drishtigochar hoti hai, usi prakar alaukik jivath‍ma sh‍thool sharir se nikalakar samh‍poorn lokoan mean jate hai. (yah jnanadrishti se hi janane mean a sakata hai). jaise vibhinh‍n jalashayoan ke jal mean soory ki kiranoan ka prithakh-prithakh darshan hota hai, usi prakar yogi purush sabhi sajiv shariroan ke bhitar sookshh‍maroop se sthit prithakh–prithakh jivoan ko dekhata hai. sharir ko tath‍v ko janane vale jitendriy yogijan un sh‍thool shariroan se nikale hue sookshh‍m liang shariroan se yukh‍t jivoan ko apane ath‍ma ke dvara dekhate hai.

jo apane man mean chintit karmajanit rajogun ka arthath rajogunajanit kam adi ka yogabal se parith‍yag kar dete haian tatha jo prakriti ke tadath‍mh‍yabhav se bhi mukh‍t haian, un sabhi yogaparayan yogi purushoan ka jivath‍ma jaise din mean vaise rat mean, jaise rat mean vaise din mean sote-jagate samay niranh‍tar unake vash mean rahata hai. un yogiyoan ka nith‍y-sh‍varoop jiv sada sat sookshh‍m gunoan (mahattath‍v, ahankar aur paanch tanh‍matrao) se yukh‍t ho ajar-amar devataoan ki bhaanti nith‍yaprati vicharata rahata hai. jis moodh manushh‍yoan ka jivath‍ma man aur buddhi ke vashibhoot rahata hai, vah apane aur paraye sharir ko janane vala manushh‍y sh‍vaph‍n avash‍tha mean bhi sookshh‍m sharir se sukh-du:kh ka anubhav karata hai. vahaan (sh‍vaph‍n mean bhi) use du:kh aur sukh praph‍t hote haian. evan us sh‍vaph‍n mean bhi (jagrath ki bhaanti hi) krodh aur lobh karake vah sankat mean p d jata hai. vahaan bhi mahanh dharm pakar vah prasanh‍n hota hai tatha punh‍yakarmo ka anushh‍than karata hai; itana hi nahian, jagrath avash‍tha ki bhaanti vah sh‍vaph‍n mean bhi sab vash‍tuoan ko dekhata hai. (yah kitan b de ashh‍chary ki bat hai ki) garbhabhav ko praph‍t hua jivath‍ma das mas tak mata ke udar mean nivas karata hai aur jatharanalaki adhik aanch se santaph‍t hota rahata hai to bhi anh‍n ki bhaanti pach nahi jata.

yah jivath‍ma paramath‍ma ka hi aansh hai aur dehadhariyoan ke hriday mean virajaman hai tathapi jo log rajogun aur tamogun se abhibhoot haian ve deh ke bhitar us jivath‍ma ki sthiti ko dekh ya samajh nahian pate haian. jad sh‍thool sharir, sookshh‍m sharir tatha vajratulh‍y sudridh karan sharir–ye jo tin prakar ke sharir haian, inh‍hean ath‍ma ko praph‍t karane ki ichh‍chha vale yogijan yogashash‍tr parayan hokar laangh jate hai. sannh‍yas ashram karm bhinh‍n-bhinh‍n prakar ke bataye gaye hai, isi ko shandilh‍y muni ne sham ke nam se (chhanh‍dogh‍yupanishadh shandilh‍y brahman mean) kaha hai. jo panchamanh‍matra tatha man aur buddhi –in sat sookshh‍m tath‍voan ko shashh‍vat janakar evan chh: aango se yani aishh‍varyoan se yukh‍t maheshh‍var ka jnan praph‍t karake is bat ko jan leta hai trigunatmi ka prakriti ka parinam hi yah samh‍poorn jagath hai, vah parabrahma paramath‍ma ka sakshath‍kar kar leta hai.

is prakar shrimahabharat shantiparv ke anh‍targat mokshadharmaparv mean shukadev ka anuprashh‍n vishayak do sau tirapanav aau adhh‍yay poora hua.
