'yadi apaki koee yah kundi pho d de, tridand utha le jay aur ye vastr bhi chura le jay to us samay apake man ki kaisi avastha hogi? yadi sab kuchh chho dakar bhi ap mutthibhar jau ke liye doosaroan ki kripa chahate haian to rajy adi any sab vastuean bhi to isi ke saman haian, phir us rajy ke tyag ki kya visheshata rahi? yadi yaha mutthibhar jau ki avashyakata bani hi rah gayi to sab kuchh tyag dene ki jo apane pratijna ki thi, vah nasht ho gayi. (sarvatyagi ho jane par) maian apaki kaun hooan aur ap mere kaun haian tatha apaka mujh par anugrah bhi kya hai?

rajanh! yadi apaka mujh par anugrah ho to is prithvi ka shasan kijiye aur rajamahal, shayya, savari, vastr tatha abhooshanoan ko bhi upayog mean laiye. shrihin, nirdhan, mitroan dvara tyage hue, akianchan evan sukh ki abhilasha rakhane vale logoan ki bhaanti sab prakar se paripoorn rajalakshmi ka jo parityag karata hai usase use kya labh? jo barabar doosaroan se dan leta (bhiksha grahan karata) tatha jo nirantar svayan hi dan karata rahata hai, un donoan mean kya antar hai aur unamean se kisako shreshth kaha jata hai? yah ap samajhiye. sada hi yachana karane vale ko aur dambhi ko di huee. dakshina davanal mean di gayi ahuti ke saman vyarth hai. rajanh! jaise ag lak di ko jalaye bina nahian bujhati, usi prakar sada hi yachana karane vala brahman (yachana ka ant kiye bina) kabhi shant nahian ho sakata.

is sansar mean data ka ann hi sadhu-purushoan ki jivika ka nishchit adhar hai. yadi in dan karane vala raja n ho to moksh ki abhilasha rakhane vale sadhu-sannyasi kaise ji sakate haian? is jagath mean ann se grihasth aur grihasthoan se bhikshuoan ka nirvah hota hai. ann se pranashakti prakat hoti hai; atah annadata pranadata hota hai. jitendriy sannyasi grihasthi- ashram se alag hokar bhi grihasthoan ke hi sahare jivan dharan karate haian. vahian se vah prakat hote haian aur vahian unhean pratishtha prapt hoti hai. keval tyag se, moodhata se aur yachana karane se kisi ko bhikshu nahian samajhana chahiye. jo saral bhav se svarth ka tyag karata hai aur sukh mean asakt nahian hota, use hi bhikshu samajhiye.

prithvinath! jo asaktirahit hokar asakt ki bhati vicharata hai, jo sangarahit evan sab prakar ke bandhanoan ko to d chuka hai tatha shatru aur mitr mean jisaka saman bhav hai, vah sada mukt hi hai. bahut-se manushy dan lene (pet palane) ke liye moo d mu dakar gerooe vastr pahan lete haian aur ghar se nikal jate haian. ve nana prakar ke bandhanoan mean bandhe hone ke karan vyarth bhogoan ki hi khoj karate rahate haian. bahut se murkh manushy tinoan vedoan ke adhyayan, inamean bataye gaye karm, krishi, goraksha, vanijy tatha apane putroan ka parityag karake chal dete haian aur tridand evan bhagava vastr dharan kar lete haian. yadi hriday ka kashay (rag adi dosh) door n hua to to kashay (gerooa) vastr dharan karana svarth-sadhana ki cheshta ke liye hi samajhana chahiye. mera to aisa vishvas hai ki dharm ka dhoang rakhane vale mathamudoan ke liye yah jivika chalane ka ek dhandha matr hai.’
