jo upakari manushyoan aur choroan ke sath bhi uttejanayukt bartav hi karata hai, usase sab usi prakar udvign hote haian, jaise ghar mean rahane vale sarp se. jisase sab log udvign hote haian, use aishvary ki prapti kaise ho sakati hai? usaka tho da-sa bhi chhidr dekhakar log nishchay hi usaki buraee karane lagate haian. isaliye n to sada uttejana hi prayog karean aur n sarvada komal hi bane rahean. samay-samay par avashyakata ke anusar kabhi komal aur kabhi tej svabhav vala ban jayean. jo mauka dekhakar komal hota hai aur upayukt avasar ane par bhayankar bhi ban jata hai, vahi is lok aur paralok mean sukh pata hai.

ab maian tumhean kshama ke yogy avasar batata hooan, unhean vistarapoorvak suno, jaisa ki manishi purush kahate haian, un avasaroan ka tumhean bhi tyag nahian karana chahiye. jisane bhi tumhara pahale upakar kiya ho, usase yadi koee bhari aparadh ho jaye, to bhi pahale ke upakar ka smaran karake us aparadhi ke aparadh ko tumhean kshama kar dena chahiye. jinhoanne anajane mean aparadh kar dala ho, unaka vah aparadh kshama ke hi yogy hai; kyoanki kisi bhi purush ke liye sarvatr vidvatta (buddhimani) hi sulabh ho, yah sambhav nahian hai. parantu jo jan-boojhakar kiye hue aparadh ko bhi use kar lene ke bad anajane mean kiya hua batate hoan, un uddand papiyoan ko tho de-se aparadh ke liye bhi avashy dand dena chahiye. sabhi praniyoan ka ek aparadh to tumhean kshama hi kar dena chahiye. yadi usase phir dubara aparadh ban jaye to tho de-se aparadh ke liye bhi use dand dena avashyak hai. achchhi tarah jaanch-p datal karane par yadi yah siddh ho jaye ki amuk aparadh anajane mean hi ho gaya hai, to use kshama ke hi yogy bataya gaya hai.

manushy komal bhav (samaniti) ke dvara ugr svabhav tatha shant svabhav ke shatru ka bhi nash kar deta hai; mriduta se kuchh bhi asadhy nahian hai. atah mridutapoorn niti ko tivratar (uttam) samajhean. desh, kal tatha apane bal ka vichar karake hi mriduta (samaniti) ka prayog karana chahiye. ayogy desh athava anupayukt kal mean usake prayog se kuchh bhi siddh nahian ho sakata, atah upayukt deshakal ki pratiksha karani chahiye. kahian lok ke bhay se bhi aparadhi ko kshama dene ki avashyakata hoti hai. is prakar kshama ke avasar bataye gaye haian. inake viparit bartav karane valoan ko rah par lane ke liye tej (uttejanapoorn bartav) ka avasar kaha gaya hai.

(draupadi kahati hai-) nareshvar! dhritarashtr ke putr lobhi tatha sada apaka apakar karane vale haian; atah unake prati apake tej ke prayog ka yah avasar aya hai, aisa mera mat hai. kauravoan ke prati kshama ka koee avasar nahian hai. ab apako tej prakat karane ka avasar prapt hai; atah un par apako apane tej ka hi prayog karana chahiye. komalatapoorn bartav karane vale ki sab log avahelana karate haian aur tikshn svabhav vale purush se sabako udveg prapt hota hai. jo uchit avasar ane par in donoan ka prayog karana janata hai, vahi saphal bhoopal hota hai.
