jo yuddh mean dhal aur talavar se l dane vale viroan mean shreshth haian, jinaki kad-kathi ooanchi hai tatha jo shyamavarn ke tarun haian, unhian nakul ko aj van mean kasht uthate dekhakar apako krodh kyoan nahian hota? maharaj yudhishthir! madri ke param sundar putr shooravir sahadev ko vanavas ka duahkh bhogate dekhakar ap shatruoan ko kshama kaise kar rahe haian? narendr! nakul aur sahadev duahkh bhogane ke yogy nahian haian. in donoan ko aj du:khi dekhakar apaka krodh kyoan nahian badh raha hai? maian drupad ke kul mean utpann huee mahatma pandu ki putravadhoo, vir dhrishtadyumn ki bahin tatha virashiromani pandavoan ki pativrata patni hooan. maharaj! mujhe is prakar van mean kasht uthati dekhakar bhi ap shatruoan ke prati kshamabhav kaise dharan karate haian? bharatashreshth! nishchay hi apake hriday mean krodh nahian hai, kyoanki mujhe aur apane bhaiyoan ko bhi kasht mean p da dekh apake man mean vyatha nahian hoti hai. sansar mean koee bhi kshatriy krodharahit nahian hota, kshatriy shabd ki vyutpatti hi aisi hai, jisase krodh hona soochit hota hai.[1] parantu aj ap jaise kshatriy mean mujhe yah krodh ka abhav kshatriyatv ke viparit-sa dikhayi deta hai. kuntinandan! jo kshatriy samay ane par apane prabhav ko nahian dikhata, usaka sab prani sada tiraskar karate haian. maharaj! apako shatruoan ke prati kisi prakar bhi kshamabhav nahian dharan karana chahiye. tej se hi un sabaka vadh kiya ja sakata hai, isamean tanik bhi sanshay nahian hai. isi prakar jo kshatriy kshama karane ke yogy samay ane par shant nahian hota, vah sab praniyoan ke liye apriy ho jata hai aur is lok tatha paralok mean bhi usaka vinash hi hota hai.
is prakar shrimahabharat vanaparv ke antargat arjunabhigamanaparv mean draupadi ke anutapapoorn vachan vishayak satteesavaan adhyay poora hua.
