dalbhaputr bak ka yudhishthir ko brahmanoan ka mahattv batalana

ek din kuntikumar dharmaraj yudhishthir rrishiyoan se ghire hue sandhyopasana kar rahe the. us samay dalbh ke putr bak namak maharshi ne unase kaha- ‘kurushreshth kuntikumar! dekho, dvaitavan mean tapasvi brahmanoan ki hom vela ka kaisa sundar drishy hai. sab or vediyoan par agni prajvalit ho rahi hai. apake dvara surakshit ho vrat dharan karane vale brahman is puny van mean dharm ka anushthan kar rahe haian. bhargav, aangiras, vasishth, kashyap, mahan saubhagyashali agastyavanshi tatha shreshth vrat ka palan karane vale atrey adi se sampoorn jagat ke shreshth brahman yahaan akar tumase mile haian. kuntinandan! kurushreshth! bhaiyoan sahit tumase maian jo ek bat kah raha hooan, ise dhyan dekar suno. ab brahman, kshatriyoan se aur kshatriy, brahmanoan se mil jayean to donoan prachand shaktishali hokar usi prakar apane shatruoan ko bhasm kar dete haian, jaise agni aur vayu milakar sare van ko jala dete haian. tat! ihalok aur paralok par vijay pane ki ichchha rakhane vala raja kisi brahman ko sath liye bina adhik kal tak n rahe. jise dharm aur arth ki shiksha mili ho tatha jisaka moh door ho gaya ho, aise brahman ko pakar raja apane shatruoan ka nash kar deta hai. raja bali ko prajapalanajanit kalyanakari dharm ka acharan karane ke liye brahman ka ashray lene ke siva doosara koee upay nahian jan p data tha. brahmanoan ke sahayog se prithvi ka rajy pakar virochanaputr bali namak asur ka jivan sampoorn avashyak kamopabhog ki samagri se sampann ho gaya aur akshay rajalakshmi bhi prapt ho gayi. parantu vah un brahmanoan ke sath durvh‍yavahar karane par nasht ho gaya.[1]

jise brahman ka sahayog nahian prapt hai, aise kshatriy ke pas yah aishvaryapoorn bhoomi dirgh kal tak nahian rahati. jis nitijn raja ko shreshth brahman ka upadesh prapt hota hai, usake samane samudraparyant prithvi natamastak hoti hai. jaise sangram mean hathi se mahavat ko alag kar dene par usaki sari shakti vyarth ho jati hai, usi prakar brahmanarahit kshatriy ka sara bal kshin ho jata hai. brahmanoan ke pas anupam drishti (vicharashakti) hoti hai aur kshatriy ke pas anupam bal hota hai. ye donoan jab sath-sath kary karate haian, tab sara jagat sukhi hota hai. jaise prachand agni vayu ka sahara pakar sookhe jangal ko jala dalati hai, usi prakar brahman ki sahayata se raja apane shatru ko bhasm kar deta hai.'
