utathy ke upadesh mean dharmacharan ka mahattv aur raja ke dharm ka varnan


utathy kahate haian - rajanh! raja dharm ka acharan kare aur megh samay par varsha karata rahe. is prakar jo sampatti badhati hai, vah prajavarg sukhapoorvak bharan- poshan karati hai. yadi dhobi kapada़e ki mail utarana nahian janata athava range hue vastroan ko dhokar shuddh evan ujjval banane ki kala use nahian jnat hai to usaka hona n hona barabar hai. isi prakar shreshth brahman, kshatriy, vaishy tatha chauthe shoodr varn ke manushy yadi apane - apane prithakh-prithakh karmoan koe janakar unamean sanlagn nahian rahate haian, to unaka hona n hona ek-sa hi hai. shoodr mean ddhijoan ki seva, vaishy mean krishi, raja ya kshatriy dandaniti tatha brahmanoan mean brahmachary, tapasya, vedamantr aur saty ki pradhanata hai. inamean jo kshatriy vastroan ki mail door karane vale dhobi ke saman charitr dosh ko door karana janata hai, vahi prajavarg ka pita aur vahi praja ka adhipati hai.

bharatashreshth! satayug, treta, dvapar aur kaliyug -ye sab-ke-sab raja ke acharanoan mean sthit haian. raja hi yugoan ka pravartak hone ke karan yug kahalata hai. jab raja pramad karata hai, tab charoan varn, charoan ved aur charoan ashram sabhi moh mean p d jate haian. jab raja pramadi ho jata hai, tab garhapaty, ahavaniy aur dakshinagni-ye tin agni; rrikh, sam aur yuj-ye tin ved evan dakshinaoan ke sath sampoorn yajn bhi vikrit ho jate haian. raja hi praniyoan ka karta (jivanadata) aur raja hi unaka vinash karane vala hai. jo dharmatma hai, vah praja ka jivan data hai aur jo paramatma hai, vah usaka vinash karane vala hai. jab raja pramad karane lagata hai, tab usaki stri, putr, bandhav tatha suhridh sab milakar shok karate haian. raja ke papaparayan ho jane par usake hathi, ghode़, gau, ooant, khachchar aur gadahe adi sabhi pashu duahkh pate haian. mandhata! kahate haian ki vidhata ne durbal praniyoan ki raksha ke liye hi bal sampann raja ki srishti ki hai. nirbal praniyoan ka mahanh samuday raja ke bal par tika hua hai.

bhoopal! raja jin praniyoan ko ann adi dekar unaki seva karata hai aur jo prani raja se sambandh rakhate haian, ve sab-ke-sab us raja ke adharmaparayan hone par shok prakat karane lagate haian. durbal manushy, muni aur vishadhar sarp-in sabaki drishti ko maian atyant duahsah manata hooan; isaliye tum kisi durbal prani ko n satana. tat! tum durbal praniyoanko sada hi apaman ka patr n samajhana, durbaloan ki aankhean tumhean bandhu-bandhavoan-sahit jalakar bhasm n kar dalean, isake liye sada savadhan rahana. durbal manushy jisako apani krodhagni se jala dalate haian, usake kul mean phir koee aankur nahian jamata. ve j damoolasahit dagdh kar dete haian; atah tum durbaloan ko kabhi n satana. nirbal prani balavanh se shreshth hai, kyoanki jo atyant balavanh hai, usake bal se bhi nirbal ka bal adhik hai. nirbal ke dvara dagdh kiye gaye balavanh ka kuchh bhi shesh nahian rah jata. yadi apamanit, hatahat tatha gali-galauj se tiraskrit hone vala durbal manushy raja ko apane rakshak ke roop mean nahian upalabdh kar pata to vahaan daiv ka diya hua dand raja ko mar dalata hai.
