agale adhyay mean sannyas dharm ka varnan kiya gaya hai. brahmachary, grihasth tatha vanaprasth in tinoan ashramoan se yah sannyas ashram b da kathin hai. man mean jab prabal vairagy utpann ho jae, tab sannyas le lena chahie aur sannyas lene ke bad ek gaanv mean ek rat se jyada nahian rahana chahie. kisi se koee apeksha nahian rakhani chahie. ‘ek ev chareth bhikshuah’ akele bhraman karana chahie. ‘atmaram’ aur atma mean raman karate hue, ‘anapashrayah’ any kisi ke oopar ashrit n hokar bhagavan ka hi ashray grahan karean.
