yunjannevan sadatmanan yogi niyatamanasah.
shantian nirvanaparamaan matsansthamadhigachchhati॥[1]

is prakar sharir, man tatha karm mean nirantar sanyam ka abhyas karate hue sanyamit man vale yogi ko is bhautik astitv ki samapti par bhagavaddham ki prapti hoti hai.

ab yogabhyas ke charam lakshy ka spashtikaran kiya ja raha hai. yogabhyas kisi bhautik suvidha ki prapti ke lie nahian kiya jata, isaka uddeshy to bhautik sansar se virakti prapt karana hai. jo koee isake dvara svasthy-labh chahata hai, ya bhautik siddhi prapt karane ka ichchhuk hota hai vah bhagavadgita ke anusar yogi nahian hai. n hi bhautik astitv ki samapti ka arth shoony mean pravesh hai kyoanki yah kapolakalpana hai. bhagavan ki srishti mean kahian bhi shoony nahian hai. ulte bhautik astitv ki samapti se manushy bhagavaddham mean pravesh karata hai. bhagavadgita mean bhagavaddham ko bhi spashtikaran kiya gaya hai ki yah vah sthan hai jahaan n soory ki avashyakata hai, n chaand ya bijali ki. adhyatmik rajy ke sare lok usi prakar se svatah prakashit haian, jis prakar soory dvara yah bhautik akash. vaise to bhagavaddham sarvatr hai, kintu chinmayavyom tatha usake lokoan ko hi paramadham kaha jata hai.

ek poornayogi jise bhagavan krishn ka poornajnan hai, jaisa ki yahaan bhagavanh ne svayan kaha hai (machchitah, matparah, matsthanmh) vastavik shanti prapt kar sakata hai aur antatogatva krishnalok ya golok vrindavan ko prapt hota hai. brahmasanhita mean[2] spasht ullekh hai– golok ev niv satyakhilatmabhootah– yadyapi bhagavan sadaiv apane dham mean nivas karate haian, jise golok kahate haian, to bhi ve apani para-adhyatmik shaktiyoan ke karan sarvavyapi brahm tatha antaryami paramatma haian. koee bhi krishn tatha vishnu roop mean unake poorn vistar ko sahi-sahi jane bina vaikunth mean ya bhagavan ke nityadham (golok vrindavan) mean pravesh nahian kar sakata. atah krishnabhavanabhavit vyakti hi poornayogi hai kyoanki usaka man sadaiv krishn ke karyakalapoan mean tallin rahata hai (s vai manah krishnapadaravindayoah). vedoan mean[3]bhi ham pate haian– tamev viditvati mrityumeti– keval bhagavan krishn ko janane par janm tatha mrityu ke path ko jita ja sakata hai. doosare shabdoan mean, yog ki poornata sansar se mukti prapt karane mean hai, indrajal athava vyayam ke karataboan dvara janata ko murkh banane mean nahian.
