is prakar dandaniti ke prabhav se jab charoan varnoan ke log apane-apane karmoan mean sanlagn rahate haian, dharmamaryada mean sankirnata nahian ane pati aur praja sab or se nirbhay evan kushalapoorvak rahane lagati hai, tab tinoan varnoan ke log vidhipoorvank svasthy-raksha ka prayatn karate haian. yudhishthir! isi mean manushyoan ka sukh nihit hai, yah tumhean jnat hona chahiye. kal raja ka karan hai athava raja kal ka, aisa sanshay tumhean nahian hona chahiye. yah nishchit hai ki raja hi kal ka karan hota hai. jis samay raja dandaniti ka poora-poora evan thik prayog karata hai, us samay prithvi par poorn roop se satyayug ka arambh ho jata hai. raja se prabhavit hua samay hi satyayug kar srishti kar deta hai. us satyayug mean dharm-hi-dharm rahata hai, adharm ka kahian nam-nishan bhi nahian dikhayi deta tatha kisi bhi varn ki adharm mean ruchi nahian hoti. us samay praja ke yogakshem svatah siddh hote rahate haian tatha sarvatr vaidik gunoan ka vistar ho jata hai, isamean sandeh nahian hai. sabhi rrituean sukhadayini aur arogy badhane vali hoti haian.

manushyoan ke svar, varnan aur man svachchh evan prasann hote haian. is jagath mean us samay rog nahian hote, koee bhi manushy alpayu nahian dikhayi deta, striyaan vidhava nahian hoti haian tatha koee bhi manushy din-dukhi nahian hota hai. prithvi par bina jote-boye hi ann paida hota hai, oshadhiyaan bhi svatah utpann hoti haian; unaki chhal, patte, phal aur mool sabhi shaktishali hote haian. satyayug mean adharm ka sarvatha abhav ho jata hai. us samay keval dharman-hi-dharm rahata hai. yudhishthir! in sabako satyayug ke dharm samajho. jab raja dandaniti ke ek chaithaee aansh ko chho dakar keval tin aansho ka anusaran karata hai, tab tretayug prarambh ho jata haian. us samay ashubh ka chautha aansh puny ke tin aansho ke pichhe laga rahata hai. us avastha mean prithvi par jotane-bone se hi ann paida hota hai. oshadhiyaan bhi usi tarah paida hoti hai. jab raja dandaniti ke adhe bhag ko tyagakar adhe ka anusaran karata hai, tab dvapar namak yug ka arambh ho jata hai. us samay pap ke do bhag puny ke do bhagoan ka anusaran karate haian. prithvi par jotane-bone se hi anaj leta hai; parantu adhi phasal mean hi phal lagate haian, adhi mari jati hai. jab raja samoochi dandaniti ka parityag karake ayogy upayoan dvara praja ko kasht dene lagata hai, tab kaliyug ka arambh ho jata hai. kaliyug mean adharm to adhik hota hai; parantu dharm ka palan kahian nahian dekha jata. sabhi varnoan ka man apane dharm se chyut ho jata hai. shoodr bhiksha maangakar jivan nirvah karate haian aur brahman seva vritti se. praja ke yogakshem ka nash ho jata hai aur sab aur varnasankarata phail jati hai. vaidik karm vidhipoorvak sampann n hone ke karan gunahin ho jate haian. prayah sabhi rrituean sukharahit tatha rog pradan karane vali ho jati hai. manushyoan ke svar, varn aur man malin ho jate hai. sabako rog vyadhi satane lagati hai aur log alpayu hokar chhoti avastha mean hi marane lagate haian.
