'yadi krodh aur moh ke vashibhoot hokar man ko priy ya apriy lagane vale shubh kary ho jate haian to unake nivaran ke liye drishh‍tanh‍t pratipadak shastr ki drishtiyoan se upavas adi ke dvara sharir ko sukhana hi karane yogh‍y prayashchit mana gaya hai. isake siva havishh‍yann bhojan manh‍troan ke jap tatha anh‍yanh‍y prayashchitoan se bhi krodh adi ke karan kiye gaye pap ki shanti hoti hai. yadi raja danh‍daniy purushoan ko dand n de to use apani shuddhi ke lie ek rat ka upavas karana chahie. yadi purohit raja ko aisa avasar par kartavy ka upadesh na de to use tin rat ka upavas karana chahie. yadi putr adi ki mrityu ke karan shok karane vala purush amaran upavas karane ke lie baith jae athava shash‍tr adi se atmaghat ki cheshh‍ta kare parantu usaki mrityu n ho us dasha me bhi us nindy karm ke lie jo cheshta ki gee thi usake dosh ki nivritti ke lie usi tin rat ka upavas batana chahie.
