‘jo netroan se dekha nahian jata, tvacha se jisaka sparsh nahian hota, gandh grahan karane vali ghranendriy se jo sooanghane mean nahian ata, jo rasanendriy ki pahuanch se pare hai; sattv, raj aur tam namak gun jisapar koee prabhav nahian dal pate, jo sarvavyapi, sakshi aur sampoorn jagath ka atma kahalata hai, sampoorn praniyoan ka nash ho jane par bhi jo svayan nasht nahian hota hai, jise ajanma, nity, sanatan, nirgun aur nishkal bataya gaya hai, jo chaubis tattvoan se pare pachisavean tattv ke roop mean vishyat hai, jise antaryami purush, nishkriy tatha jnanamay nekhean se hi dekhane yogy bataya jata hai, jisamean praveshakarake shreshthadvij yahaan mukt ho jate haian, vahi sanatan paramatma hai. usi ko vasudev nam se janana chahiye. ‘narad! us paramatmadev ka mahatmay aur mahima to dekho, jo shubhashubh karmoan se kabhi lipt nahian hota hai. ‘sattv, raj aur tam - ye tin gun bataye jate haian, jo sampoorn shariroan mean sthit rahete haian aur vicharate haian.. ‘in gunoan ko jnetrajn svayan bhegata hai, kiantu in gunoan ke dvara vah kshetrajn bhoga nahian jata; kyoanki vah nirgun, gunoan ka bhokta, gunoan ka srashta tatha gunoan se utkrisht hai. ‘devarshe! yah sampoorn jagath jisapar pratishthit hai, vah prithvi jal mean vilin ho jati hai. jal ka tej mean aur tej ka vayu mean lay hota hai. ‘vayu ka akash mean lay hota hai, akash ka man mean vilin hota hai. man utkrisht bhoot hai. vah avyakt prakriti mean lin hota hai. ‘brahmanh! avyakt ka nishkriy purush mean lay hota hai. us sanatan purush se utkrisht doosari koee vastu nahian hai. ‘sansar mean us ekamatr sanatan purush vasudev ko chho dakar keee bhi charachar bhoot nity nahian hai. ‘mahabali vasudev sampoorn bhootoan ke atma haian. prithvi, jal, tej, vayu aur akash - ye paanch mahabhoot haian.. ‘ve sab mahabhoot ek sath milakar hi sharir nam dharan karate haian. brahmanh! us samay adrishy bhav se jo shighragami chetan usame pravesh karata hai, vahi jivatma hai. ‘usaka sharir mean pravesh karana hi utpann hona bataya jata hai. vahi sharir ko cheshtashil banata hai. vahi ise sanchalan mean samarth hai. kahian bhi paanchoan bhootoan ke milit samuday ke bina koee sharir nahian hota. ‘brahmanh! jiv ke bina pranavayu cheshta nahian karati. vah jiv hi shesh ya bhagavanh sankarshan kaha gaya hai. ‘jo usi sankarshan athava jiv se utpann hokar apane karm (dhyan, poojan adi) ke dvara sanatkumaratv (jivanmukit) prapat kar leta hai, jisamean samast prani lay evan kshay ko prapat hote haian, vah sampoorn bhootoan ka man hi ‘pradyumn’ kahalata hai. ‘us pradyumn se jisaki utpatti huee hai, vah (ahankar hi) tanmatra adi ka karta, parampara-sambandh se mahabhootoan ka karan taia mahattattv ko kary hai. ‘usi se samast charachar jagath ki utpatti hoti hai. vahi ‘aniruddh’ evan ‘ianshan’ kahalata hai. vah (kartavy ke abhimanaroop se) sampoorn karmoan mean vyakt hota hai. ‘rajendr! jo bhagavanh vasudev kshetrajnasvaroop evan nirgunaroop se janane yogy bataye gaye haian, ve hi prabhavashali sankarshanaroop jivatma haian. sankarshan se pradyumn ka pradurbhav hua hai, jo manomay kahalate haian. pradyumn se jo aniruddh prakat hue haian, ve hi ahankar aur eeshvar haian.
