sansar mean koee bhi n to ath‍yanh‍t balavanh hote haian aur n bahut sukhi hi. isaliye tumh‍hean apani buddhi mean kabhi kutilata ka vichar nahian lana chahiye. jo kisi ka kuchh biga data nahian hai, use dushtoan, choroan athava raja se bhay nahian hota. shuddh achar-vichar vala purush sada nirbhay rahata hai. gaanvoan mean aye hue hiran ki bhaanti chor sabase darata rahata hai. vah anekoan bar doosaroan ke sath jaisa papachar kar chuka hai, doosaroan ko bhi vaisa hi papachari samajhata hai. jisaka achar-vichar shuddh hai, use kahian se koee khataka nahian hota. vah sada prasanh‍n evan sab or se nirbhay bana rahata hai tatha vah apana koee dushh‍karm doosaroan mean nahian dekhata hai.

samash‍t praniyoan ke hit mean tath‍par rahane vale mahath‍maoan ne ‘dan karana chahiye’ aisa kahakar ise dharm bataya hai; parantu bahut-se dhanavanh use daridroan ka chalaya hua dharm samajhate haian. parantu yadi bhagh‍yavash ve bhi nirdhan ya dar-dar ke bhikhari ho jate haian, us samay unako bhi yah dharm uttam jan p data hai; kh‍yoanki koee bhi n to ath‍yanh‍t dhanavanh hote haian aur n atishay sukhi hi hua karate haian. (at: dhan ka abhiman nahian karana chahiye) manushh‍y doosaroan dvara kiye hue jis vh‍yavahar ko apane liye vaanchhaniy nahian manata, doosaroan ke prati bhi vah vaisa bartav n kare. use yah janana chahiye ki jo bartav apane liye apriy hai, vah doosaroan ke liye bhi priy nahian ho sakata. jo sh‍vayan doosare ke ghar mean upapati (jar) banakar jata hai- parayi stri ke sath vh‍yabhichar karata hai, vah doosare ko vaisa hi karm karate dekh kisase kh‍ya kah sakata hai?

yadi doosare ki usi pravritti ke karan vah ninh‍da kare to vah purush usaki ninh‍da ko nahian sah sakata –aisa mera vishh‍vas hai. jo sh‍vayan jivit rahana chahata ho, vah doosaroan ke pran kaise le sakata hai? manushh‍y apane liye jo-jo sukh-suvidha chahe, vahi doosare ke liye bhi sulabh karane ki bat soche. jo apani avashh‍yakata se adhik ho, un bhog padarthoan ko doosare din-dukhiyoan ke liye baant de. isiliye vidhata ne sood par dhan dene ki vritti chalayi hai. jis sanh‍marg par maryada par devata sthit hote haian, usi par manushh‍y ko bhi sthir rahana chahiye athava dhan-labh ke samay dharm mean sthit rahana bhi achh‍chha hai. yudhishthir! sabake sath premapoorn bartav karane se jo kuchh praph‍t hota hai, vah sab dharm hai, aisa manishi purushoan ka kathan hai tatha jo isake viparit hai, vah adharm hai. tum dharm aur adharm ka sankshep se yahi lakshan samajho. vidhata ne poorvakal mean sath‍purushoan ke jis uttam acharan ka vidhan kiya hai, vah vishh‍v ke kalh‍yan ki bhavana se yukh‍t hai aur usase dharm evan arth ke sookshh‍m sh‍varoop ka jnan hota hai. kurushreshth! yah maianne tumase dharm ka lakshan bataya hai; at: tumh‍hean kisi tarah kutil marg mean apani buddhi ko nahian le jana chahiye.

is prakar shrimahabharat shantiparv ke anh‍targat mokshadharmaparv mean dharm ka lakshan vishayak do sau unasathav aau adhh‍yay poora hua.
