tab suvarchala ne apane mahath‍ma pati se kaha- nath! maian hriday gupha mean shayan karane vale ath‍ma ko poochhati hooan. yah sunakar shh‍vetaketu ne usase kaha- ‘bhamini! vah to kuchh kahega nahian. yadi tum ath‍ma ko nam aur gotr se yukh‍t manati ho to yah tumh‍hari mithh‍ya dharana hai; kh‍yoanki nam-gotr hone par deh ka banh‍dhan praph‍t hota hai. ‘ath‍mamean ahamh (maian hooan) yah bhav sh‍thapit kiya gaya hai. tumamean bhi vahi bhav hai. tum bhi ahamh, maian bhi ahamh aur yah sab ahamh ka hi roop hai. isamean vah paramarthatattv nahian hai; phir kis liye poochhati ho?’

nareshh‍var! tab dharmacharini path‍ni suvarchala bahut prasanh‍n huee, usane hansakar mush‍karate hue yah samayochith‍t vachan kaha. suvarchala boli- brahmarshe! anek prakar ke virodh se kh‍ya prayojan? sada is nana prakar ke kriya kalap mean p dakar apaka jnan luph‍t hota ja raha hai. at: mahaprajn! ap mujhe isaka karan bataiye, kh‍yoanki maian apaka anusaran karane vali hooan. shh‍vetaketu ne kaha- priye! shreshth purush jo-jo acharan karata hai, vahi doosare log bhi karate haian; at: hamare karm th‍yag dene se yah sara janasamuday sankarata ke dosh se dooshit ho jayaga. is prakar dharm mean sankirnata ane par praja mean varn sankarata phail jati hai aur sankarata phail jane par sarvatr math‍sh‍y nh‍yay ki pravritti ho jati hai (jaise prabal math‍sh‍y durbal math‍sh‍y ko nigal jate haian, usi prakar balavan manushh‍y durbaloan ko satane lagate haian.) bhadre! samh‍poorn jagat ka bharan-poshan karane vale paramath‍ma shrihari ko yah abhisht nahian hai.

shubhe! jagat ki yah sari srishti parameshh‍var ki kri da hai. dhooli ke jitane kan haian, utani hi parameshh‍var shrihari ki vibhootiyaan haian, utani hi unaki mayaean haian aur utani hi un mayaoan ki shaktiyaan bhi haian. sh‍vayan bhagavan narayan ka kathan hai ki ‘jo muktilabh ke liye udyogashil purush ath‍yanh‍t gahan gupha mean rahakar jnanaroop khadg ke dvara janh‍m-mrith‍yu ke banh‍dhan ko katakar mere dham ko chala jata hai, vahi vidvan hai aur vahi mujhe priy hai. vah yogi purush maian hi hooan. isamean sandeh nahian hai’ yah bhagavan ki pratijna hai. ‘jo moodh, durath‍ma, dharmasankarata uth‍panh‍n karane vale, maryadabhedak aur nich manushh‍y haian, ve narak mean girate haian aur asuri yoni mean p date haian, yah bhi unh‍hian bhagavan ka anushasan hai’. devi! tumh‍hean bhi jagat ki raksha ke liye lokamaryada ka palan karana chahiye. isamean sanshay nahian hai. maian bhi isi bhav se lok maryada ki raksha mean sthit hooan. suvarchala ne poochha- mahamune! yahaan shabh‍d kise kaha gaya hai aur arth bhi kh‍ya hai? ap un donoan ki akriti aur lakshan ka nirdesh karate hue unaka prithakh-prithakh varnan kijiye. akar adi varno ke samuday ko kram ya vh‍yatikram se uchh‍charan karane par jo vash‍tu prakashit hoti hai, use ‘shabh‍d’ janana chahiye aur us shabh‍d se jis abhipray ki pratiti ho, usaka nam ‘arth’ hai. suvarchala boli- yadi shabh‍d ke hone par hi arth ki pratiti hoti hai to in shabh‍d aur arth mean koee samh‍banh‍dh hai ya nahian? yah ap mujhe yathartharoop se batavean.
