dhhyan ke samay man mean kitana hi khlesh khyoan n ho, sadhak ko usase oobana nahian chahiye; balki aur bhi tathparata ke sath man ko ekagr karane ka prayatn karana chahiye. dhhyan ke samay man mean kitana hi khlesh khyoan n ho, sadhak ko usase oobana nahian chahiye; balki aur bhi tathparata ke sath man ko ekagr karane ka prayatn karana chahiye. dhhyan yogi muni ko sarvatha apane kalhyan ka hi prayathn karana chahiye. jaise dhooli, bhashm aur sookhe gobar ke choorn ki alag–alag igatthi ki huee dheriyoan par jal chhi daka jay to ve sahasa jal se bhigakar itani taral nahian ho sakatian ki unake dvara koee avashhyak kary kiya ja sake; khyoanki bar-bar bhigoye bina vah sookha choorn tho da-sa bhigata hai, poora nahian bhigata; parantu usako yadi bar-bar jal dekar kram se bhigoya jay to dhire-dhire vah sab gila ho jata hai, usi prakar yogi vishayoan ki or bikhari huee indriyoan ko dhire–dhire vishayoan ki or se samete aur chitt ko dhhyan ke abhhyas se kramash: shnehayukht banave. aisa karane par vah chitt bhalibhaanti shaant ho jata hai. bharatanandan! dhhyanayogi purush shvayan hi man aur paanchoan indriyoan ko pahale dhhyanamarg mean shthapit karake nithy kiye hue yogabhhyas ke bal se shaanti prapht kar leta hai. is prakar manonigrahapoorvak dhhyan karane vale yogi ko jo divhy sukh prapht hota hai, vah manushhy ko kisi doosare purusharth se ya daivayog se bhi nahian mil sakata. us dhhyan janit sukh se samhpanhn hokar yogi us dhhyanayog mean adhikadhik anurakht hota jata hai. is prakar yogi log du:kh-shok se rahit nirvan (moksh) pad ko prapht ho jate haian.
is prakar shrimahabharat shaantiparv ke aantargat mokshadharmaparv mean dhhyanayog ka varnanavishayak ek sau panchanabevaan adhhyay poora hua.
