‘hath vale manushh‍y bailoan se juti huee ga di par chadhakar unh‍hean haankate hai aur jagat mean unaka yatheshh‍t upabhog karate hai tatha hath se hi anek prakar ke upay karake logoan ko apane vash mean kar lete haian. ‘mune! jo duahkh bina hath ke din, durbal aur bejaban prani sahate haian, saubhagyavash ve to apako nahian sahane p date haian ‘apaka b da bhagh‍y hai ki ap gid d, ki da, chooha, saanp, medhak ya kisi doosari papayoni mean nahian uth‍panh‍n hue. ‘kashh‍yap! apakoan itane hi labh se santushh‍t rahana chahiye. isase adhik labh kh‍ya hoga ki ap sabhi praniyoan mean shreshh‍th brahman haian. ‘mujhe ye ki de kha rahe hai, jinh‍hean nikal pheankane ki shakti mujhamean nahian hai. hath n hone ke karan hone vali meri is durdasha ko ap prath‍yaksh dekh lean. ‘ath‍mahath‍ya karana pap hai, yah sochakar hi maian apane is sharir ka parith‍yag nahian karata hooan.

mujhe bhay hai ki maian isase bhi badhakar kisi doosari papayoni mean n gir jaooan. ‘yadyapi maian is samay jis shrriangalayoni mean hooan, isaki ganana bhi papayoniyoan mean hi hai, tathapi doosari bahut–si papayoniyaan isase bhi nichi shreni ki haian. ‘kuchh devata adi jati se hi sukhi haian, doosare pashu adi jati se hi atyant du:khi hai, parantu maian kahi kisi ko aisa nahian dekhata, jisako sarvatha sukh hi sukh ho. ‘manushh‍y dhani ho jane par rajh‍y pana chahate haian, rajh‍y se devatv ki ichh‍chha karate haian aur devath‍v phir inh‍dr pad praph‍t karana chahate haian. ‘yadi ap dhani ho jayan to bhi brahman hone ke karan raja nahian ho sakate. yadi kadachit raja ho jayan to devata nahian ho sakata. devata aur inh‍dr ka pad bhi pa jayan to bhi ap utane se santushh‍t nahian rah sakeange. ‘priy vash‍tuoan ka labh hone se kabhi tripti nahian hoti. badhati huee trishh‍na jal se nahian bujhati. eeandhan pakar jalane vali ag ke saman vah aur bhi prajh‍valit hoti jati hai.

‘tumh‍hare bhitar shok bhi hai aur harsh bhi. sath hi sukh aur du:kh donoan hai, phir shok karana kis kam ka? ‘buddhi aur indriyaan hi samash‍t kamanaoan aur karmoan ki mool hai. unh‍hean pij de mean band pakshiyoan ki tarah apane kaboo mean rakha jay to koee bhay nahian hai. ‘manushh‍y ko doosare sir aur tisare hath ke katane ka kabhi bhay nahian hota hai. jo vash‍tav mean hai hi nahian, usake karan bhay bhi nahian hota hai. ‘jo kisi vishay ka ras nahian janata, usake man mean kabhi usaki kamana bhi nahian hoti. sh‍parsh se, darshan se a‍thava shravan se bhi kamana ka uday hota hai. ‘varooni madira tatha chi diya- in donoan ka ap kabhi sh‍maran nahian karate hogean, kh‍yoki inako apane nahian khaya haian, parantu (jo tamasi manushh‍y inako khate haian unake liye) kahian aur koee bhi bhakshh‍y padarth un donoan se badhakar nahian hai. ‘praniyoan mean kisi ke bhi anh‍yanh‍y bhakshh‍y padarth haian, jinaka tumane pahale upabheag nahian kiya hai, un bhojanoan ki sh‍mriti tumako kabhi nahian hogi. ‘maian aisa manata hooan ki kisi vash‍tu ko n khane, n chhune aur n dekhane ka niyam lena hi purush ke liye kalh‍yanakari hai, isamean sanshay nahian.
