‘jisaki buddhi sankat mean p dakar shokabhibhoot ho jay, us bhootakal ki batean (raja nal t‍tha bhagavan shriram adi ke jivan-vritanh‍t) sunakar sanh‍th‍vana de, jisaki buddhi achh‍chhi nahian hai, use bhavishh‍y mean labh ki asha dilakar tatha vidvan purushoan ko tath‍kal hi dhan adi dekar shanh‍t kare. ‘aishh‍vary chahane vale raja ko chahiye ki vah avasar dekhakar shatru ke samane hath jo de, shapath khay, ashh‍vasan de aur charanoan mean sir jhukakar batachit kare. itana hi nahian, vah dhiraj dekar usake aansoo tak poanchhe. ‘jab tak samay badalakar apane anukool n ho jay, tab tak shatru ko kandhe par bithakar dhona p de to vah bhi kare; parantu jab anukool samay a jay, tab use usi prakar nasht kar de, jaise ghade़ ko path‍thar par patakakar pho d diya jata hai. ‘rajenh‍dr, do hi gh di sahi, manushh‍y tianduk ki lak di ki mashal ke saman jor-jor se prajh‍valit ho uthe (shatru ke samane ghor parakram prakat kare), dirghakal tak bhoosi ki ag ke saman bina jh‍vala ke hi dhooaan n uthave (mand parakram ka parichay n de)

‘anek prakar ke prayojan rakhane vala manushh‍y kritaghh‍n ke sath arthik sanbandh n jo de, kisi ka bhi kam poora n kare, kh‍yoanki jo atha (prayojan-siddhi ki ichh‍chhavala) hota hai, usase to baranbar kam liya ja sakata hai; parantu jisaka prayojan siddh ho jata hai, vah apane upakari purush ki upeksha kar deta hai; isaliye doosaroan ke sare kary (jo apane dvara hone vale hoan) adhoore hi rakhane chahiye. ‘koyal, sooar, sumaroo parvat , shoonh‍yagrih, nat tatha anurakh‍t suhrid-inamean jo shreshth gun ya visheshataean haian, unh‍hean raja kam mean lave[1] ‘raja ko chahiye ki vah pratidin uth-uthakar poorn savadhan ho shatru ke ghar jay aur usaka amangal hi kh‍yoan n ho raha ho, sada usaki kushal poochhe aur mangal kamana kare. ‘jo alasi haian, kayar haian, abhimani haian, lokacharcha se darane vale aur sada samay ki pratiksha mean baithe rahane vale haian, aise log apane abhisht arth ko nahian pa sakate. ‘raja is tarah satark rahe ki usake chhidr ka shatru ko pata n chale, parantu vah shatru ke chhidr ko jan le. jaise kachhua apane sab aangoan ko sametakar chhipa leta hai, usi prakar raja apane chhidroan ko chhipaye rakhe. ‘raja bagule ke saman ekagrachitt hokar kartavh‍yavishay ko chiantan kare. sianh ke saman parakram prakat kare. bhe diyean ki bhaanti sahasa akraman karake shatru ka dhan loot le tatha ban ki bhaanti shatruoan par toot p de. ‘pan, jooa, stri, shikar, tatha gana-bajana- in sabaka sanyamapoorvak anasakh‍tabhav se sevan kare; kh‍yoanki inamean asakti hona anishtakarak hai.

‘raja baans ka dhanush banave, hiran ke saman chaukanh‍na hokar soye, aandha bane rahane yogh‍y samay ho to aandhean ka bhav kiye rahe aur avasar ke anusar bahare ka bhav bhi sh‍vikar kar lo. ‘buddhiman purush desh aur kal ko apane anukool pakar parakram prakat kare. deshakal ki anukoolata n hone par kiya gaya parakram nishh‍phal hota hai. ‘apane liye samay achh‍chha hai ya kharab? apanapaksh prabal hai ya nirbal? in sab batoan ka nishh‍chay karake tatha shatru ke bhi bal ko samajhakar yuddh ya sandhi ke kary mean apane ap ko lagave.
