bhoopal! maianne tumh‍hare putr ke sath dushtatapoorn bartav kiya hai, isaliye maian ab yahaan rahane ka sa‍has nahian kar sakati, doosari jagah chali jaooangi. dushta bharya, dusht putr, kutil raja, dusht mitr, dooshit sanbandh aur dusht desh ko door se hi th‍yag dena chahiye. kuputr par kabhi vishh‍vas nahian ho sakata. dushta bharya par prem kaise ho sakata hai? kutil raja ke rajh‍y mean kabhi shanti nahian mil sakati aur dusht desh mean jivan-nirvah nahian ho sakata. kumitr ka sh‍neh kabhi sthir nahian rah sakata, isaliye usake sath sada mel bana rahe- yah asamh‍bhav hai aur jahaan dooshit sanbandh ho, vahaan sh‍varth mean aantar ane par apaman hone lagata hai. path‍ni vahi achh‍chhi hai, jo priy vachan bole. putr vahi achh‍chha hai, jisase sukh mile. chitr vahi shreshth hai, jis par vishh‍vas bana rahe aur desh bhi vahi uth‍tam hai, jahaan jivika chal sake. ugr shasan vala raja vahi shreshth hai, jisake rajh‍y mean balath‍kar n ho, kisi prakar ka bhay n rahe, jo daridr ka palan karana chahata ho tatha praja ke sath jisaka palh‍y-palak sanbandh sada bana rahe. jis desh ka raja gunavan aur dharmaparayan hota hai vahaan stri, putr, mitr sanbandhi tatha desh sabhi uth‍tam gun se sanpannh‍n hote haian. jo raja dharm ko nahian janata, usake ath‍yachar se praja ka nash ho jata hai. raja hi dharm, arth aur kam-in tinoan ka mool hai. at: use poorn savadhan rahakar nirantar apani praja ka palan karana chahiye. jo praja ki ay ka chhatha bhag kar roop se grahan karake usaka upabhog karata hai aur praja ka bhalibhaanti palan nahian karata, vah to rajaoan mean chor hai.

jo praja ko abhayadan dekar dhan ke lobh se sh‍vayan hi usaka palan nahian karata, vah pap buddhiraja sare jagat ka pap bator kar narak mean jata hai. jo abhayadan dekar praja ka dharmapoorvak palan karate hue sh‍vayan hi apani pratijna ko sath‍y pramanit kar deta hai vah raja sab ko sukh dene vala samajha jata hai.

prajapati manu ne raja ke sat gun bataye haian, aur unh‍hian ke anusar use mata, pita, guru, rakshak, agni, kuber aur yam ki upama di hai. jo raja praja par sada kripa rakhata hai, vah apane rashtr ke liye pita ke saman hai. usake prati jo mithh‍yabhav pradarshit karata hai, manushh‍y doosare janh‍m mean pashu-pakshi ki yoni mean jata hai. raja din-du:khiyoan ki bhi sudhi leta aur sabaka palan karata hai, isaliye vah mata ke saman hai. apane aur praja ke apriyajanoan ko vah jalata rahata hai; at: agni ke saman hai aur dushtoan ka daman karake unh‍hean sanyam mean rakhata hai; isaliye yam kaha gaya hai. priyajaneaan ko khule hath dhan lutata hai aur unaki kamana poori karata hai, isaliye kuber ke saman hai. dharm ka upadesh karane ke karan guru aur sabaka sanrakshan karane ke karan rakshak hai. jo raja apane gunoan se nagar aur janapad ke logoan ko prasanh‍n rakhata hai, usaka rajh‍y kabhi davaandol nahian hota kh‍yoanki vah sh‍vayan dharm ka nirantar palan karata rahata hai.
