vidvan purush kshatriy ko praja ka rakshak aur vinashak bhi manate hai. at: kshatriyabanh‍dhu ko praja ki raksha karate hue hi dhan grahan karana chahiye. rajan! is sansar mean kisi ki bhi aisi vritti nahian hai, jo hiansa se shoonh‍y ho. auroan ki to bat hi kh‍ya hai, van mean rahakar ekaki vicharane vale tapash‍vi muni ki bhi vritti sarvatha hiansarahit nahian hai. kurushreshh‍th! koee bhi lalat mean likhi huee vritti ka hi bharosa karake jivan-nirvah nahian kar sakata; at: prajapalan ki ichh‍chha rakhane vale raja ka bhagh‍y ke bharose nirvah chalana to sarvatha ashakh‍y hai. isaliye apatti kal mean raja aur rajh‍y ki praja donoan ko niranh‍tar ek-doosare ki raksha karani chahiye. yahi sada ka dharm hai. jaise raja praja par sankat a jay to rashi-rashi dhan lutakar bhi usaki raksha karata hai, usi tarah raja ke oopar sankat p dane par rashtr ki praja ko bhi usaki raksha karani chahiye. raja bhookh se pi dit hone-jivika ke liye kasht pane par bhi khajana, rajadanh‍d, sena, mitr tatha anh‍y sanchit sadhanoan ko kabhi rajh‍y se door n kare.

dharmajn purushoan ka kahana hai ki manushh‍y ko apane bhojan ke liye sanchit anh‍n mean se bhi bij ko bachakar rakhana chahiye. is vishay mean mahamayavi shamh‍barasur ka vichar bhi aisa hi bataya gaya hai. jisake rajh‍y ki praja tatha vahaan aye hue paradeshi manushh‍y bhi jivika ke bina kasht pa rahe hoan us raja ke jivan ko dhikh‍kar hai. raja ki j d hai sena aur khajana. iname bhi khajana hi sena ki j d hai. sena samh‍poorn dharmo ki raksha ka mool karan hai aur dharm hi praja ki j d hai. doosaroan ko pi da diye bina dhan ka sangrah nahian kiya ja sakata hai; aur dhan-sangrah ke bina sena ka sangrah kaise ho sakata hai? at: apatti kal mean kosh ya dhanasangrah ke liye praja ko pi da dekar bhi raja dosh ka bhagi nahian ho sakata. jaise yajn karmoan mean yajn ke liye vah kary bhi kiya jata hai jo karane yogh‍y nahian haian (kitu vah doshayukh‍t nahian mana jata). usi prakar apatti kal mean prajapidan se raja ko dosh nahian lagata hai. apatti kal mean prajapidan arthasangraharoop prayojan ka sadhak hone ke karan arthakarak hota hai, isake viparit use pi da n dena hi anarthakarak ho jata hai. isi prakar jo doosare anarthakari (vh‍yay badhane vale sainh‍y-sangrah adi) kary haian, ve bhi yuddh ka sankat upasthit hone par arthakari (vijay sadhak) siddh hote haian. buddhiman purush is prakar buddhi se vichar karake karttavh‍y ka nishh‍chay kare. jaise anh‍yay samagriyaan yajn ki siddhi ke liye hoti hai, uttam yajn kisi aur hi prayojan ke liye hota hai, yajn-samh‍banh‍dhi anh‍yanh‍y batean bhi kisi-n-kisi vishesh udeshh‍y ki siddhi ke liye hi hoti haian, tatha yah sab kuchh yajn ka sadhan hi haian.

ab maian yahaan dharm ke tattv ko prakashit karane vali ek upama bata raha hooan. brahman log yash ke liye yoop nirman karane ke udeshh‍y se vriksh ka chhedan karate haian. us vriksh ko katakar bahar nikalane mean jo-jo parshh‍vavarti vriksh badhak hote haian unh‍hean bhi nishh‍chay hi ve kat dalate haian. ve vriksh bhi girate samay doosare-doosare vanash‍patiyoan ko bhi pray: to d hi dalate haian.
