jhooth bolane vale manushyoan ke prati raja log dosh drishti kar lete haian. isi prakar ve mithyavadi mantri ka bhi apaman karate haian. buddhiman purush ko chahiye ki vah rajaoan ki raniyoan se mel-jol n kare aur jo ranivas mean ate-jate hoan, raja jinase dvesh rakhate hoan tatha jo log raja ka ahit chahane vale hoan, unase bhi maitri sthapit n kare. chhote-se-chhote kary bhi raja ko janakar hi kare. raj darabar mean aisa acharan karane vale manushyoan ko kabhi hani nahian uthani p dati. baithane ke liye apane ko ooancha asan prapt hota ho, to bhi jab tak raja n poochhean- baithane ka adesh n dean, tab tak raj darabar ki maryada ka khayal karake apane ko janmandh sa mane, mano us asan ko vah dekhata hi n ho. is bhav se kh da rahakar rajajna ki pratiksha karata rahe. kyoki shatruvijayi raja log maryada ka ullanghan karane vale apane putr, nati-pote aur bhaee ka bhi adar nahian karate. is jagath mean raja ko agni ke saman dahak manakar usake atyant nikat n rahe aur devata ke saman nigrah tatha anugrah mean samarth janakar usaki kabhi avahelana n kare. is prakar yatnapoorvak usaki paricharya mean sanlagn rahean.

vidvanh purush ko chahiye ki vah raja ke dahine ya bayean bhag mean baithe; kyoanki raja ke pichhe astr-shastradhari aangarakshakoan ka sthan hota hai. raja ke samane kisi ke liye bhi ooancha asan lagana sarvatha nishiddh hai. usaki aankhoan ke samane yadi koee puraskar-vitaran ya vetanadan adi ka kary ho raha ho, to usamean bina bulaye svayan pahale lene ki cheshta nahian karani chahiye. kyoanki aisi dhithaee to daridroan ko bhi bahut apriy jan p dati hai; phir rajaoan ki to bat hi kya hai? rajaoan ki kisi jhoothi bat ko doosare manushy ke samane prakashit n kare. kyoanki jhooth bolane vale manushyoan se raja log dvesh man lete haian. isi tarah jo log apane ko pandit manate haian, unaka bhi raja tiraskar karate haian.
