'yah roop aur udarata adi gunoan se sampann hai. shrriangar dharan karane ke yogy hone par bhi yah shrriangarashunh‍y hai, mano akash mean meghoan ki kali ghata se avrit nootan chandrakala ho. yah rajakanya priy kamabhogoan se vanchit hai. apane bandhujanoan se bichhu di huee hai aur pati ke darshan ki ichchha se apane (din-durbal) sharir ko dharan kar rahi hai. vastav mean pati hi nari ka sabase shreshth abhooshan hai. usake hone se yah bina abhooshanoan ke sushobhit hoti hai; parantu yah patiroop abhooshan se rahit hone ke karan shobhamayi hokar bhi sushobhit nahian ho rahi hai. isase vilag hokar raja nal yadi apane sharir ko dharan karate haian aur shok se shithil nahian ho rahe haian to yah samajhana chahiye ki ve atyant dushkar karm kar rahe haian. kale-kale keshoan or kamal ke saman vishal netroan se sushobhit is rajakanyako, jo sada sukh bhogane ke hi yogy hai, duahkhit dekhakar mere man mean bhi b di vyatha ho rahi hai. jaise rohini chandrama ke sanyog se sukhi hoti hai, usi prakar yah shubhalakshana sadhvi rajakumari apane pati ke samagam se (santusht) kab is duahkh ke samudr se par ho sakegi.

jaise koee raja ek bar apane rajy se chyut hokar phir usi rajyabhoomi ko prapt kar lene par atyant anand ka anubhav karata hai, usi prakar punah isake mil jane par nishadh naresh nal ko nishchay hi b di prashansa hogi. vidarbhakumari damayanti raja nal ke saman shil aur avastha se yukt hai, unhian ke tuly uttam kul se sushobhit hai. nishadh naresh nal vidarbhakumari ke yogy haian aur yah kajarare netroan vali vaidarbhi nal ke yogy hai. raja nal ka parakram aur dhairy asim hai. unaki yah patni patidarshan ke liye lalayit aur utkanthit hai, atah mujhe isase milakar ise ashvasan dena chahiye. is poornachandramukhi rajakumari ne pahale kabhi duahkh ko nahian dekha tha. is samay duahkh se atur ho pati ke dhyan mean parayan hai, atah maian ise ashvasan dene ka vichar kar raha hooan.'

brihadashv muni kahate haian- yudhishthir! is prakar bhaanti-bhaanti ke karanoan aur lakshanoan se damayanti ko pahachanakar aur apane kartavy ke vishay ka vichar karake sudev brahman usake samip gaye aur is prakar bole- ‘vidarbh rajakumari! maian tumhare bhaee ka priy sakha sudev hooan. maharaj bhim ki ajna se tumhari khoj karane ke liye yahaan aya hooan. nishadh naresh ki maharani! tumhare pita, mata aur bhaee sab sakushal haian aur kundinapur mean jo tumhare balak haian, ve bhi kushal haian. tumhare bandhu-bandhav tumhari hi chinta se mritak-tuly ho rahe haian. (tumhari khoj karane ke liye) saik doan brahman is prithvi par ghoom rahe haian’.

brihadashv muni kahate haian- yudhishthir! sudev ko pahachanakar damayanti ne kramashah apane sabhi sage-sambandhiyoan ka kushal-samachar poochha. rajanh! apane bhaee ke prati mitr dvijashreshth sudev ko sahasa aya dekh damayanti shok se vyakul ho phoot-phootakar rone lagi. bharat! tadanantar use sudev ke sath ekant mean bat karati tatha roti dekh sunanda shok se vyakul ho uthi.
