"maharshiyoan! yah stri amit tejasvi babhru ki patni hai. babhru ke man mean putr ki b di lalasa hai. ap log rrishi haian; atah achchhi tarah sochakar batavean, isake garbh se kya utpann hoga?"

aisa kahakar ve muni bhagavan shrikrishn ke pas chale gaye. jab samb ne us shapajanit bhayankar moosal ko paida kiya, tab yaduvanshiyoan ne use le jakar raja ugrasen ko de diya. use dekhate hi raja ke man mean vishad chha gaya. unhoanne us moosal ko kutavakar atyant mahin choorn kara diya. nareshvar! raja ki ajna se unake sevakoan ne us lohachoorn ko samudr mean pheank diya. phir ugrasen, shrikrishn, balaram aur mahamana babhru ke adesh se rajapurushoan ne nagar mean yah ghoshana kara di ki "aj se samast vrishnivanshi aur andhakavanshi kshatriyoan ke yahaan koee bhi nagar nivasi madira n taiyar karean. jo manushy kahian bhi ham logoan se chhipakar koee nashili pine ki vastu taiyar karega vah svayan vah aparadh karake jite ji apane bhaee-bandhuoan sahit shooli par chadha diya jayaga." anayas hi mahan karm karane vale balaram ji ka yah shasan samajhakar sab logoan ne raja ke bhay se yah niyam bana liya ki "aj se n to madira banana hai n pina."
