log mujhe brahman bhakh‍t kahate haian. unake is kathan se mujhe b da santosh hota hai. brahmanoan ki seva hi samh‍poorn pavitr karmoan se badhakar param pavitr kary hai. tat! brahman ki seva mean rahane vale purush ko jin pavitr aur nirmal lokoan ki prapti hoti hai, unh‍hean maian yahian se dekhata hooan. ab shighr mujhe chirakal ke liye unh‍hian lokoan mean jana hai.

yudhishthir! jaise striyoan ke liye pati ki seva hi sansar mean sabase b da dharm hai, pati hi unaka devata aur vahi unaki param gati hai, unake liye doosari koee gati nahian hai, usi prakar kshatriy ke liye brahman ki seva hi param dharm hai. brahman hi unaka devata aur param gati hai, doosara nahian. kshatriy sau varsh ka ho aur shreshh‍th brahman das varsh ki avash‍tha ka ho to bhi un donoan ko parash‍par putr aur pita ke saman janana chahie. unamean brahman pita hai aur kshatriy putr. jaise nari pati ke abhav mean devar ko pati banati hai, usi prakar prithh‍vi brahman ke n milane par hi kshatriy ko apana adhipati banati hai. purohit sahit rajaoan ko brahman ki ajna se rajh‍y grahan karana chahie. brahman ki raksha se hi raja ko sh‍varg milata hai aur usako rushh‍t kar dene se vah ananh‍takal ke liye narak mean gir jata hai. kurushreshh‍th! brahmanoan ki putr ke saman raksha, guru ki bhaanti upasana aur agni ki bhaanti unaki seva-pooja karani chahie. saral, sadhu, sh‍vabhavat: sath‍yavadi tatha samash‍t praniyoan ke hit mean tath‍par rahane vale brahmanoan ki sada hi seva karani chahie aur krodh mean bhare hue vishadhar sarp ke saman samajhakar unase bhayabhit rahana chahie. brahmanoan ki jo striyaan hoan, unaki bhi suraksha ka dhh‍yan rakhate hue mata ke saman unaka door se hi poojan karana chahie.

yudhishthir! brahmanoan ke tej or tap se sada darana chahie tatha unake samane apane tap evan tej ka abhiman th‍yag dena chahie. maharaj! brahman ke tap aur kshatriy ke tej ka phal shighr hi prakat hota hai tathapi jo tapash‍vi brahman haian, ve kupit hone par tejash‍vi shratriy ko apane tap ke prabhav se mar sakate haian. krodharahit-kshamashil brahman ko pakar kshatriy ki or se adhik matra mean prayukh‍t kiye gaye tap aur tej ag par roorhi ke dher ke saman tath‍kal nashh‍t ho jate haian. yadi donoan or se ek-doosare par tej aur tap ka prayog ho to unaka sarvatha nash nahian hota, parantu kshamashil brahman ke dvara khandit hone se bacha hua kshatriy ka tej kisi tejash‍vi brahman par prayukh‍t ho to vah usase pratihat hokar sarvatha nashh‍t ho jata hai, tho da-sa bhi shesh nahian rah jata. jaise charavaha hath mean danda lekar sada gauoan ki rakhavali karata hai, usi prakar kshatriy ko uchit hai ki vah brahmanoan aur vedoan ki sada raksha kare. raja ko chahie ki vah dharmath‍ma brahmanoan ki usi tarah raksha kare, jaise pita putroan ki karata hai. vah sada is bat ki dekh-bhal karata rahe ki unake ghar mean jivan-nirvah ke liye kh‍ya hai aur kh‍ya nahian hai.
