bhoopal! prithvinath! jo shreshth brahmanoan ko in gauoan ka dan karata hai, vah sankat mean p da ho to bhi us bhari vipatti se uddhar pa leta hai. jo ek sahasr godan kar deta hai, vah marane ke bad narak mean nahian p data. nareshh‍var! use sarvatr vijay prapt hoti hai. devaraj indr ne kaha ki ‘gauoan ka doodh amrit hai’ jo doodh dene vali gau ka dan karata hai, vah amrit dan karata hai. vedavetta purushoan ka anubhav hai ki ‘gau dugdharoop havishy ka yadi agni mean havan kiya jaye to vah avinashi phal deta hai’. atah jo dhenoo dan karata hai, vah havishy ka hi dan karata hai. bail svarg ka moortiman svaroop hai. jo gauoan ke pati-saand ka gunavan brahman ko dan karata hai, vah svargalok mean pratishthit hota hai.

bharatashreshth! ye gauean praniyoan (ko doodh pilakar palane ke karan un) ke pran kahalati haian; isaliye jo doodh dene vali gauoan ka dan karata hai, vah mano pranoan ka dan deta hai. vedavetta vidvan aisa manate haian ki ‘gauean samast praniyoan ko sharan dene vali haian’. isaliye jo dhenoo dan karata hai, vah sabako sharan dene vala hai. bharatashreshth! jo manushy vadh karane ke liye gau maang raha ho, use kadapi gay nahian deni chahiye. isi prakar kasaee ko, nastik ko, gay se hi jivika chalane vale ko, gauras bechane vale aur panchayajn n karane vale ko bhi gay nahian deni chahiye. aise papakarmi manushyoan ko jo gay deta hai, vah manushy akshay narak mean girata hai, aisa maharshiyoan ka kathan hai. jo dubali ho, jisaka bachh da mar gaya ho tatha jo thaanth, rogini, kisi aang se hin aur thaki huee (boodhi) ho, aisi gau brahman ko nahian deni chahiye. das hazar godan karane vala manushy indr ke sath rahakar anand bhogata hai aur jo lakh gauoan ka dan kar deta hai, us manushy ko akshay lok prapt hote haian.

bharat! is prakar godan, tiladan aur bhoomidan ka mahattv batalaya gaya. ab punah ann dan ki mahima suno. kuntinandan! vidvan purush annadan ko sab danoan mean pradhan batate haian. annadan karane se hi raja rantidev svargalok mean gaye the. nareshh‍var! jo bhoomipal thake-maande aur bhookhe manushy ko ann deta hai, vah brahma ji ke paramadham mean jata hai. bharatanandan! prabho! annadan karane vale manushy jis tarah kalyan ke bhagi hote haian, vaisa kalyan unhean suvarn, vastr tatha any vastuoan ke dan se nahian prapt hota hai. ann pratham dravy hai. vah uttam lakshmi ka svaroop mana gaya hai. ann se hi pran, tej, viry aur bal ki pushti hoti hai. parashar muni ka kathan hai ki ‘jo manushy sada ekagrachitt hokar yachak ko tatkal ann ka dan karata hai, us par kabhi durgam sankat nahian p data. rajan! manushy ko pratidin shastrokt vidhi se devataoan ki pooja karake unhean ann nivedan karana chahiye. jo purush jis ann ka bhojan karata hai, usake devata bhi vahi ann grahan karate haian. jo kartik mas ke shukl paksh mean ann ka dan karata hai, vah durgam sankat se par ho jata hai aur marakar akshay sukh ka bhagi hota hai.

bharatashreshth! jo purush ekagrachitt ho svayan bhookha rahakar atithi ko annadan karata hai, vah brahmavettaoan ke lok mean jata hai. annadata manushy kathin-se-kathin apatti mean p dane par bhi us apatti se par ho jata hai. vah pap se uddhar pa jata hai aur bhavishy mean hone vale dushkarmoan ka bhi nash kar deta hai. is prakar maianne yah annadan, tiladan, bhoomidan aur godan ka phal bataya hai.
