nareshvar! jo shoodroan ka yajn karate, unako padhate athava svayan unake shishy banakar unase shiksha lete ya unaki dasata karate haian, ve bhi nimantran dene yogy nahian haian. bharatanandan! jo brahman vetan lekar padhata hai aur vetan dekar padhata hai, ve donoan hi ved ko bechane vale haian; atah ve shraddh mean sammilit karane yogy nahian haian. rajan! jo brahman pahale samaj ka agua raha ho aur pichhe usane shoodr-stri se vivah kar liya ho, vah brahman sampoorn vidyaoan ka jnata hone par bhi shraddh mean bulane yogy nahian hai. nareshvar! jo brahman agnihotr nahian karate, jo murda dhote, chori karate aur jo papoan ke karan patit ho gaye haian, ve bhi shraddh mean bulane yogy nahian haian.

bharat! jinake vishay mean pahale se kuchh jnat n ho, jo gaanv ke agua hoan tatha putrika[1]-dharm ke anusar byahi gayi stri ke garbh se utpann hokar nana ke ghar mean nivas karate hoan, aise brahman bhi shraddh mean nimantran pane ke adhikari nahian haian. rajan! jo brahman roopaya-paisa badhane ke liye logoan ko byaj par rrin deta ho athava jo sasta ann kharidakar use mahange bhav par bechata aur usaka munapha khata ho athava praniyoan ke kray-vikray se jivika chalata ho, aise brahman shraddh mean bulane yogy nahian haian. jo stri ki kamaee khate hoan, veshya ka pati hoan aur gayatri-jap evan sandhya-vandan se hin hoan, aise brahman bhi shraddh mean sammilit hone yogy nahian haian.

bharatashreshth! devayajn aur shraddhakarm mean varjit brahman ka nirdesh kiya gaya. ab dan dene aur lene vale aise purushoan ka varnan karata hooan, jo shraddh mean nishiddh hone par bhi kisi vishesh gun ke karan anugrahapoorvak grahy mane gaye haian. unake vishay mean suno.

rajan! jo brahman vrat ka palan karane vale, sadgun-sampann, kriyanishth aur gayatri mantr ke jnata hoan, ve kheti karane vale hone par bhi unhean shraddh mean nimantran diya ja sakata hai. tat! jo kulin brahman yuddh mean kshatriy dharm ka palan karata ho, use bhi shraddh mean nimantrit karana chahiye; parantu jo vanijy karata ho use kabhi shraddh mean sammilit n karean. rajan! jo brahman agnihotri ho, apane hi gavan ka nivasi ho, chori n karata ho aur atithi satkar mean pravin ho, use bhi nimantran diya ja sakata hai.

bharatabhooshan naresh! jo tinoan samay gayatri mantr ka jap karata hai, bhiksha se jivika chalata hai aur kriyanishth hai, vah shraddh mean nimantran pane ka adhikari hai. rajan! jo brahman unnat hokar tatkal hi avanat aur avanat hokar unnat ho jata hai evan kisi jiv ki hiansa nahian karata hai, vah tho da doshi ho to bhi use shraddh me nimantran dena uchit hai. bharatashreshth! jo dambharahit, vyarth tark-vitark n karane vala tatha sampark sthapit karane ke yogy ghar se bhiksha lekar jivan-nirvah karane vala hai, vah brahman nimantran pane ka adhikari hai.
