yogadharm ka pratipadanapoorvak usake phal ka varnan

shrimaheshvar ne kaha- devi! jo log saankhy jnan mean niyukt haian, unake dharm ka maianne yathavat roop se varnan kiya. ab tumase punah sampoorn yogadharm ka pratipadan karooanga, suno.

vah brahmarshiyoan aur devarshiyoan dvara sammat yog sabij aur nirbij ke bhed se do prakar ka hai. un donoan mean hi shastrokt sadachar saman hai. anima, mahima, garima, laghima, prapti, prakamy, eeshitv, vashitv- in ath bhedoan vale aishvary par adhikar karake yog ka anushthan kiya jata hai. sampoorn devataoan ka sayujy parashrit yogadharm hai. jnan sampoorn yog ka mool hai, aisa samajho. sadhak ko vrat, upavas aur niyamoan dvara us sampoorn jnan ki vriddhi karani chahiye.

buddhimati parvati! avinashi atma mean buddhi, man aur sampoorn indriyoan ki ekagrata ho, yahi yogiyoan ka jnan hai. brahman, agni aur devamandiroan ki pooja kare tatha poornatah sattvagun ka ashray lekar amaangalik bhav ko tyag de. dan, adhyayan, shraddha, vrat, niyam, saty, ahar shuddhi, shauch aur indriy-nigrah- inake dvara tej ki vriddhi hoti hai aur pap dhul jata hai. jisaka pap dhul gaya hai, vah pahale tejasvi, nirahar, jitendriy, amogh, nirmal aur man ka daman karane mean samarth ho jaye. tatpashchat yog ka abhyas kare.

ekant nirjan pradesh mean, jo sab or se ghira hua aur pavitr ho, komal kushoan se ek asan banave aur use vahaan bhalibhaanti bichha de. us asan par baithakar apane sharir aur gardan ko sidhi kiye rahe. man mean kisi prakar ki vyagrata n ane de. sukhapoorvak baithakar apane aangoan ko hilane-dulane n de. apani nasika ke agrabhag par drishti rakhakar sampoorn dishaoan ki or drishtipat n karate hue dhyanamagn ho jaye.

devi! man ko dridhatapoorvak sthapit karana yog ki siddhi ka soochak hai, atah sampoorn prayatn karake man ko sada sthir rakhe. tvacha, kan, jihva, nasika aur netr- in sabako vishayoan ki or se samete. paanchoan indriyoan ko ekagr karake vidvan purush unhean man mean sthapit kare. phir sare sankalpoan ko hatakar man ko atma mean sthapit kare.

jab man sahit ye paanchoan indriyaan atma mean sthir ho jati haian, tab pran aur apan vayu ek hi sath vash mean ho jate haian. pran ke vash mean ho jane par yog siddhi atal ho jati hai. sare sharir ko nikat se ugha d-ugha dakar dekhe aur yah kya hai? isaka chintan kare. sharir ke bhitar jo pranoan ki gati hai, us par bhi vichar kare. tatpashchat moordha, agni aur sharir ka paripalan kare. moordha mean pran ki sthiti hai, jo shvasaroop mean vartaman hokar cheshta karata hai. sada sannaddh rahane vala pran hi sampoorn bhootoan ka atma sanatan purush hai, vahi man, buddhi, ahankar, panchabhoot aur vishayaroop hai. vastike moolabhag, guda aur agni ke ashrit ho apan vayu sada mal-mootr ka vahan karati huee apane kary mean pravritt hoti hai. dehoan mean pravritti apan vayu ka karm mani gayi hai. jo vayu samast dhatuoan ko oopar uthati huee apan se oopar ki or pravritt hoti hai, use adhyatm kushal manushy ‘udan’ manate haian. jo vayu manushyoan ke shariroan ki ek-ek sandhi mean vyapt hokar unaki sampoorn cheshtaoan mean pravrittak hoti hai, use ‘vyan’ kahate haian. jo dhatuoan aur agni mean bhi vyapt hai, vah agnisvaroop ‘saman’ vayu hai. vahi ant kal mean samast cheshtaoan ka nivarttak hota hai.
