jo sarvatr saman bhav rakhate hue sardi-garmi aur harsh-shok adi dvandvoan ko sahan kare, vahi muni hai. bhookh-pyas ke vashibhoot n ho, uchit bhogoan se bhi apane man ko hata le, sankalpajanit granthiyoan ko tyag de aur sada dhyan mean tatpar rahe. kuandi, chamas (pyali), chhianka, chhata, lathi, joota aur vastr- in vastuoan mean bhi apana svamitv sthapit n kare. guru se pahale uthe aur unase pichhe sove. svami (guru) ko soochit kiye bina kisi avashyak kary ke liye bhi n jaye. pratidin din mean do bar donoan sandhyaoan ke samay vastr sahit snan kare. usake liye chaubis ghante mean ek samay bhojan ka vidhan hai. poorvakal ke yatiyoan ne aisa hi kiya hai. sarvatr bhiksha grahan kare, rat mean sada paramatma ka chintan kare, kop ka karan prapt hone par bhi kabhi kupit n ho.

brahmachary, vanavas, pavitrata, indriyasanyam aur samast praniyoan par daya- yah sannyasi ka sanatan dharm hai. vah samast papoan se door rahakar halka bhojan kare, indriyoan ko sanyam mean rakhe aur paramatmachintan mean laga rahe. isase use papanashini shreshth buddhi prapt hoti hai. jab man, vani aur kriya dvara kisi bhi prani ke prati papabhav nahian karata, tab vah yati brahmasvaroop ho jata hai. nishthuratashoony, ahankararahit, dvandvatit aur matsaryahin yati shok, bhay aur badha se rahit ho sarvottam brahmapad ko prapt hota hai. jisaki drishti mean ninda aur stuti saman hai, jo maun rahata hai, mitti ke dhele, patthar aur suvarn ko saman samajhata hai tatha jisaka shatru aur mitr ke prati samabhav hai, vah nirvan (moksh) ko prapt hota hai. aise acharan se yukt, tatpar aur adhyatmachintanashil yati usi jnanabhyas se paramagati ko prapt kar leta hai.

is sansar-mandal mean jis prani ki buddhi udvegashoony hai, vah shok, vyadhi aur vriddhavastha ke du:khoan se mukt ho nirvan ko prapt hota hai. isaliye sansar se vairagy utpann karane vale aur man ko sthir rakhane vale jnan ka tumhare liye upadesh karooanga, kyoanki amrit (moksh) ka mool karan jnan hi hai. shok ke sahasroan aur bhay ke saik doan sthan haian. ve moorkh manushy par hi pratidin prabhav dalate haian, vidvan par nahian. dhan nasht ho jaye athava stri, putr ya pita ki mrityu ho jaye, to ‘aho! mujh par b da bhari du:kh a gaya.’ aisa sochata hua manushy shok ke ashray mean a jata hai. kisi bhi dravy ke nasht ho jane par jo usake shubh gun haian, unaka chintan n kare. un gunoan ka adar n karane vale purush ke shok ka bandhan nasht ho jata hai. apriy vastu ka sanyog aur priy vastu ka viyog prapt hone par alpabuddhi manushy manasik du:khoan se sanyukt ho jate haian.

jo mare hue purush ya khoyi huee vastu ke liye shok karata hai, vah keval santap ka bhagi hota hai. usaka vah du:kh mitata nahian hai. manushy-yoni mean utpann hue manav ke pas garbhavastha se hi nana prakar ke du:kh aur sukh ate rahate haian. unamean se koee ek marg yadi ise prapt ho to yah manushy sukh pakar harsh n kare aur du:kh pakar chintit n ho. jahaan asakti ho rahi ho, vahaan dosh dekhana chahiye. us vastu ko anisht ki drishti se dekhe, jisase usaki or se shighr hi vairagy ho jaye.
