maans ke ras ka ash‍vadan evan anubhav kar lene par use th‍yagana aur samash‍t praniyoan ko abhay dene vale is sarvashreshh‍th ahiansa vrat ka acharan karana ath‍yanh‍t kathin ho jata hai. jo vidvan sab jivoan ko abhayadan kar deta hai, vah is sansar mean ni:sandeh pranadata mana jata hai. is prakar manishi purush ahiansaroop param dharm ki prashansa karate haian. jaise manushh‍y ko apane pran priy hote haian, usi prakar samash‍t praniyoan ko apane-apane pran priy jan p date haian. at: jo buddhiman aur punh‍yath‍ma hai, unh‍hean chahi‍ye ki samh‍poorn praniyoan ko apane saman samajhean. jab apane kalh‍yan ki ichh‍chha rakhane vale vidvanoan ko bhi mrityu ka bhay bana rahata hai, tab jivit rahane ki ichh‍chha vale nirog aur niraparadh praniyoan ko, jo maans par jivika chalane vale papi purushoan dvara balapoorvak mare jate haian, kh‍yoan n bhay praph‍t hoga.

isaliye maharaj! tumh‍hean yah vidit hona chahiye ki maans ka parith‍yag hi dharm, sh‍varg aur sukh ka sarvottam adhar hai. ahiansa param dharm hai, ahiansa param tap hai aur ahiansa param saty hai, kh‍yoanki usi se dharm ki pravritti heati hai. trin se, kath se athava path‍thar se maans nahian paida hota hai, vah jiv ki hath‍ya karane par hi upalabh‍dh hota hai. at: usake khane mean mahan dosh hai. jo log sh‍vaha aur (devayajn) aur sh‍vadha (pitriyajn) ka anushh‍than karake yajnashishh‍t amrit ka bhojan karane vale tatha sath‍y aur saralata ke premi haian, ve devata haian; kiantu jo kutilata aur asath‍y bhashan mean pravritt hokar sada maans bhakshan kiya karate haian, unh‍hean rakshas samajho.

rajan! jo manushh‍y maans nahian khata, use sankatapoorn sh‍thanoan, bhayankar durgoan evan gahan vanoan mean, rat-din aur donoan sandhh‍yaoan mean, chaurahoan par tatha sabhaoan mean bhi doosaroan se bhay nahian praph‍t hota tatha yadi apane viruddh hathiyar uthaye gaye hoan athava hiansak pashu evan sarpeaan ke bhay samane hoan to bhi vah doosaroan se nahian darata hai. itana hi nahian, vah samash‍t praniyoan ko sharan dene vala aur un sabaka vishvasapatr hota hai. sansar mean n to vah doosare ko udvev mean dalata hai aur n sh‍vayan hi kabhi kisi se udvign hota hai. yadi koee bhi maans khane vala n rah jaye to pashuoan ki hiansa karane vala bhi koee n rahe; kh‍yoanki hath‍yara manushh‍y maans khane valoan ke liye hi pashuoan ki hiansa karata hai. yadi‍ maans ko abhakshh‍y samajh kar sab log use khana chho d dean to pashuoan ki hath‍ya sh‍vat: hi band ho jaye, kh‍yoanki maans khane valoan ke liye hi mrig adi pashuoan ki hath‍ya hoti hai.

mahatejash‍vi naresh! hiansakoan ki ayu ko unaka pap gras leta hai. isaliye jo apana kalh‍yan chahata ho, vah manushh‍y maans ka sarvatha parith‍yag kar de. jaise yahaan hiansak pashuoan ka log shikar khelate haian aur ve pashu apane liye kahian koee rakshak nahian pate, usi prakar praniyoan ki hiansa karane vale bhayankar manushh‍y doosare janh‍m mean sabhi praniyoan ke udvegapatr hote haian aur apane liye kaee sanrakshak nahian pate haian.
