isi prakar saanyakal mean bhi maun rahakar sandhh‍yopasana kare. uday aur ash‍t ke samay soory ki or kada‍pi n dekhe. grahan aur madhh‍yahn ke samay bhi soory ki or drishtipat n kare tatha jal mean sthit soory ke pratibimh‍b ki or bhi n dekhe. rrishiyoan ne pratidin sandhh‍yopasan karane se hi dirgh ayu praph‍t ki thi. isaliye sada maun rahakar dvijamatr ko prat:kal aur saanyakal ki sandhh‍ya avashh‍y karani chahiye. jo dvij n to prat:kal ki sankhh‍ya karate haian aur n saanyakal ki hi, un sabase dharmik raja shoodrochit karm karave.

kisi bhi varn ke purush ko kabhi bhi parayi striyoan se sansarg nahian karana chahiye. parash‍tri-sevan se manushh‍y ki ayu jalh‍di hi samaph‍t ho jati hai. sansar mean parash‍tri-samagam ke saman purush ki ayu ko nasht karane vala doosara koee kary nahian hai. striyoan ke sharir mean jitane romakoop hote haian, utane hi hazar varshoan tak vh‍yabhichari purushoan ko narak mean rahana p data hai. keshoan ka sanvarana, aankhoan mean aanjan lagana, daant-muanh dhona aur devataoan ki pooja karana- ye sab kary din ke pahale prahar mean hi karane chahiye. mal-moohtr ki or n dekhe, us par kabhi pair n rakhe. ath‍yanh‍t sabere, adhik saanjh ho jane par aur thik dopahar ke samay kahian bahar n jaye. n to aparichit purushoan ke sath yatra kare, n shoodroan ke sath aur n akela hi.
