jo manushhy poorv disha ki or muanh karake bhojan karata hai, use dirghayu, jo dakshin ki or muanh karake bhojan karata hai use yash, jo pashchim ki or mukh karake bhojan karata hai use dhan aur aur jo uttarabhimukh bhojan karata hai use sathy ki prapti hoti hai. sir par tel lagane ke bad usi hath se doosare aangoan ka shparsh nahian karana chahiye aur til ke bane hue padarth nahian khane chahie. aisa karane se manushhy ki ayu kshin nahian hoti hai. joothe muanh n padhave tatha uchchhishht avashtha mean shvayan bhi kabhi shvadhhyayan kare. yadi durganhdh yukht vayu chale, tab to man se shvadhhyay ka chiantan bhi nahi karana chahiye. prachin itihas ke janakar log is vishay mean yamaraj ki gayi huee gatha sunaya karate haian. guru pratikool bartav karate hoan to bhi unake prati achhchha hi bartav karana uchit hai; khyoanki gurunianda manushhyoan ki ayu ko daghdh kar deti hai, isamean sanshay nahian hai. apana hit chahane vala manushhy ghar se door jakar peshab kare, door hi pair dhove aur door par hi joothe pheanke.[6]
