sanatsujat dvara dhritarashtr ke prashhn ka uttar dena

dhritarashhtr bole- dvijatiyoan ke liye yajnoan dvara jin pavitratam sanatan evan shreshhth lokoan ki prapti batayi gayi haian, yahaan ved unhian ko param purusharth kahate haian. is bat ko janane vala vidvan uttam karmoan ka ashray kyoan n lean? sanatsujat ne kaha- rajan! ajnani purush is prakar bhinn-bhinn lokoan mean gaman karata hai tatha ved karm ke bahut se prayojan bhi batate haian; parantu jo nishhkam purush hai, vah jnan marg ke dvara any sabhi margoan ka badh karake paramatma svaroop hota hua hi paramatma ko prapt hota hai dhritarashhtr bole- vidvan! yadi vah paramatma hi kramash: is sampoorn jagat ke roop mean prakat hota hai to us ajanma aur puratan purush par kaun shasan karata hai? athava use is roop mean ane ki kya avashhyakata hai aur kya sukh milata hai? yah sab mujhe thik-thik bataiye. sanatsujat ne kaha- tumhare is prashhn ke anusar jiv aur brahm ka vishesh bhed prapt hota hai, jise svikar kar lene par ved virodh roop mahan dosh ki prapti hoti hai. atev anadi maya ke sambandh se jivoan ka kam sukh adi se sambandh hota rahata hai. aisa hone par bhi jiv ki mahatta nashht nahian hoti kyoanki maya ke sambandh se jiv ke dehadi pun: utpann hote rahate haian. jo nityasvaroop bhagavan haian, ve hi parabrahm maya ke sahayog se is vishhv brahmanhd ki srishti karate haian. vah maya unhian parabrahm ki shakti hai. mahatma purush ise manate haian. is prakar ke arth ke pratipadan mean ved bhi praman haian.[8]

dhritarashhtr bole- vidvan punhy karm karane vale dvijatiyoan ko apane-apane dharm ke phalashvaroop jin sanatan lokoan ki prapti batayi gayi hai, unaka kram batalaiye tatha unase bhinhn jo anhyay lok hai, unaka bhi niroopan kijiye. ab maian sakam karm ki bat nahian janana chahata. sanatsujat ne kaha- jaise do balavan viroan mean apana bal badhane ke nimitt ek doosare se shpardha rahati hai, usi prakar jo nishhkam bhav se yam-niyamadi ke palan mean doosaroan se badhane ka prayas karate haian, ve brahman yahaan se marakar jane ke bad brahmalok mean apana prakash phailate haian. jinaki dharm ke palan mean shpardha hai, unake liye vah jnan ka sadhan hai; kiantu ve brahman[11] to mrithyu ke pashchat yahaan se devataoan ke nivas shthan shvarg mean jate haian. brahman ke samhyak achar ki vedavetta purush prashansa karate haian,kiantu jo dharm palan mean bahirmukh hai, use adhik mahattv nahian dena chahiye. jo nishhkam bhav poorvak dharm ka palan karane se antarmukh ho gaya hai, aise purush ko shreshhth samajhana chahiye. jaise varsha rritu mean trin-ghas adi ki bahutayat hoti hai, usi prakar jahaan brahman ke yogy ann-pan adi ki adhikata maloom p de, usi desh mean rahakar vah jivan nirvah kare. bhookh-pyas se apane ko kashht nahian pahuanchaye. kiantu jahaan apana mahatmy prakashit n karane par bhay aur amangal prapt ho, vahaan rahakar bhi jo apani visheshata prakat nahian karata, vahi shreshhth purush hai; doosara nahian. jo kisi ko atmaprashansa karate dekh jalata nahian tatha brahman ke svatv ka upabhog nahian karata, usake ann ko svikar karane mean satpurushoan ki sammati hai. jaise kutta apana vaman kiya hua bhi kha leta hai, usi prakar jo apane brahmanatv ke prabhav ka pradarshan karake jivika chalate haian, ve brahman vaman ka bhojan karane vale haian aur isase unaki sada hi avanati hoti hai. jo kutumbijanoan ke bich mean rahakar bhi apani sadhana ko unase sada gupt rakhane ka prayatn karata hai, aise brahmanoan ko hi vidvan purush brahman manate haian.[12]
is prakar jo bhedashoony, chihnarahit, avichal, shuddh evan sab prakar ke dvait se rahit atma hai, usake svaroop ko janane vala kaun brahmavetta purush usaka hanan [13] karana chahega? isaliye uparyukt roop se jivan bitane vala kshatriy bhi brahm ke svaroop ka anubhav karata hai tatha brahm ko prapt hota hai. jo ukt prakar se vartaman atma ko usake viparit roop se samajhata hai, atma ka apaharan karane vale us chor ne kaun-sa pap nahian kiya? jo kartavy-palan mean kabhi thakata nahian, dan nahian leta, satpurushoan mean sammanit aur upadrav rahit hai tatha shishht hokar bhi shishhtata ka vijnapan nahian karata, vahi brahman brahmavetta evan vidvan hai. jo laukik dhan ki drishti se nirdhan hokar bhi daivi sampatti tatha yajn-upasana adi se sampann haian, ve durdharsh haian aur kisi bhi vishay se chalayaman nahian hote haian. unhean brahm ki sakshat moorti samajhana chahiye. yadi koee is lok mean abhishht siddh karane vale sampoorn devataoan ko jan le, to bhi vah brahmavetta ke saman nahian hota; kyoanki vah to abhishht phal ki siddhi ke liye hi prayatn kar raha hai. jo doosaroan se samman pakar bhi abhiman n kare aur sammananiy purush ko dekhakar jale nahian tatha prayatn n karane par bhi vidvan log jise adar dean, vahi vastav mean sammanit hai. jagat mean jab vidvan purush adar dean, tab sammanit vyakti ko aisa manana chahiye ki aankhoan ko kholane-michane ke saman achchhe logoan ki yah svabhavik vritti hai, jo adar dete haian. kiantu is sansar mean jo adharm mean nipun, chhal-kapat mean chatur aur mananiy purushoan ka apaman karane vale moodh manushhy haian, ve adaraniy vyaktiyoan ka bhi adar nahian karate. yah nishchit hai ki man aur maun sada ek sath nahian rahate; kyoanki man se is lok mean sukh milata hai aur maun se paralok mean. jnani jan is bat ko janate haian. rajan! lok mean aishvaryaroopa lakshmi sukh ka ghar mani gayi hai, par vah bhi kalyan marg mean luteroan ki bhaanti vighhn dalane vali hai; kiantu brahm jnanamayi lakshhmi prajnahin manushhy ke liye sarvatha durlabh hai. sant purush yahaan us brahm jnanamayi lakshhmi ki prapti ke anekoan dvar batalate haian, jo ki moh ko jagane vale nahian haian tatha jinako kathinata se dharan kiya jata hai. unake nam haian- saty, saralata, lajja, dam, shauch aur vidya.[14]
