mantr ka ashay yah hai ki shariroan mean ane-jane vala jiv amar hai parantu yah sharir keval bhasm-paryante hai. isaliye upadesh diya gaya hai ki jab in donoan ke viyog ka samay ho to he krato (jiv) bal-prapti ke liye ouhm ka smaran kar aur apane kiye hue (karm) ka smaran kar. manushy ka jivan do hissoan mean banta hua hota hai- (1) ek bhag us samay tak rahata hai jab tak manushy mrityu shayya par nahian ata- jivan ke is hisse mean manushy ko karm karane ki svatantrata hoti hai (2) doosara bhag vah hai jisamean manushy mrityu shayya par hota hai- is hisse mean karmasvatantry nahian rahata apitu pahale hisse mean kiye hue karm is hisse mean pratidhvanit hote haian- arthat is doosare hisse ko pahale hisse ki chitr (photo) khianchane vali avastha kah sakate haian. jivan ke pahale bhag mean jis prakar ke bhi karm manushy vittaishana mean jivan vyatit kiya hai to ant mean, mahamood ki tarah, use dhan ke liye hi rote hue, sansar se jana p dega. isi prakar putraishana aur lokaishana valoan ka anuman kar lean, mantr mean pahali shiksha ouhm ka smaran kar, yah upadesh roop mean hai arthat manushyoan ko yatn karana chahiye ki jivanake pahale hisse mean ouhm (eeshvamar) ka smaran aur jap karean, jisase ant samay mean bhi unake mukh se ouhm (eeshvir ka nam) nikal sake.
